1	I've realized the reason I am terrible with women is that deep down I "know" I don't deserve their attention. What are the best inner game books out there? Actually healthy people achieve higher self-esteem by being vulnerable, no matter the outcome (studies have shown). If you keep getting rejected there is probably an underlying pattern which you can find out in therapy, if you have a lack of money you can start with online therapy (e.g better help). I am not telling you to "blame" your parents, but to seek your on truth. If you want to be mad at me instead for trying to help yourself that is your choice. So I am on a similar path as you are so I might be able to give you some advice. When you mentioned that "deep down I know I don´t deserve their deserve their attention" and "I´m still dealing with the emotional traumas of all those rejections" it indicates that there are some emotional repercussions deep inside of you. 3	Late bloomer need advice Feels like you are dealing with quite a lot of shame. Getting the validation you crave are not going to release your shame. I recommend therapy. Maybe there is something subconsciously that you are not aware of that is holding you back and making you feel infierior and you need to get to the root of that issue.
