I'll look into it. But what I meant is that I have noticed weakness in myself when I transitioned to fasted lifting. Ofcourse over a significant period once the body gets used to it, it becomes a normal thing.

I often feel weak when I'm starving. Hence energy levels are quite low compared to normal routine. Next time lift the same usual weights in fasted state and you will find it a lot harder.

Again its subjective imo. Anything that triggers metabolism breaks fast in accordance to your goal. So if your goal is endurance then your fast is broken, if your goal is fat loss then its not. The meaning of your fast is proportional to which hormone you want to keep low.

The point of IF is mostly to lose fat yes, most people are into this program just to get reach single digits %. Now IF is applicable to enhancing endurance too. So the strictness depends upon your goal. As far as I'm concerned, my goal is to increase endurance hence I refrain from consuming coffee and workout in a weakened state instead. At the same time I have realized that there is no harm in getting to 5% bf since I'm already at 10. So this way I didn't want to risk waking up any metabolic ac…

Rhonda Patrick mentioned in one of the podcasts that its better to avoid coffee while intermittent fasting or OMAD as it can trigger metabolic processes by the liver. So I've always had coffee during my eating window.

Just wear a mask, workout and have a nice warm bath later.

Lifting causes fat loss, so my hidden jawline started to pop out. But I did chew gum alot. If you want to know one workout, rest your chin on a surface, hold some weight over your head and open-close your mouth.

Totally agree! Lifting has given me a nice jawline and a good V-taper. It was indeed an ego boost and feels good to get checked out quite often in public. I've always had a good face before lifting and once my bodyfat levels reduced, I'm in the place to get almost any chick after the way I get eyefucked. I never put the 'cold approach', 'peacocking' and all that shit to use because of my cultural/social setting. I can totally relate to this which is why my problem comes down to opportunity rathe…

Fucks sake both are as bad as one another. But if it helps I studied in an average college and it wasn't great either. Inspite of being in CS, with a ratio of 60:40, all girls were HB 1s and 2s. So having lot of bad options is worse than no option at all. My only problem is looking for places/events where girls can be approachable. Our society doesn't allow that.

Literally me not even joking. The main problem is approach. You don't find women alone, always in groups, so it's never easy to isolate and prey. On top of that, approaching in public at most places is frowned upon and won't be surprised if the beta whiteknights start policing on harrassment.

Lifting is one way to reach your end goal. Most Red Pillers want to get jacked. Hardcore lifting can be faster and more beneficial. But as long as that end goal is reached, whether you lift hard, or on a Calisthenics program, it's all down to personal preference.

I'm not from the US so I'm not sure. But look for bands that provide between 50 to 100 pounds resistance. I personally use a 60-pound resistance band and will be looking to upgrade. There are two types of bands, open bands with handles or closed bands. Choose one depending upon your choice of exercises or get both.

You can do lateral raises with the band too. It's pointless to keep dumbbells at home just for that. Besides, and this is my opinion, but it could trigger complacency and make you not go to the gym. For me, I always go even for the smallest lifts. I would want a reason to go to the gym everytime and the lack of dumbbells at home or close within vicinity would push me to go there.

Get a resistance band. It's cheap and there are so many variations of exercises you can do with it. Forearms, biceps, triceps, shoulders, traps etc. It's quick and easy. I spend an hour before sleep getting my muscles worked up and tire myself out. A yoga mat, a resistance band and an optional ab wheel is a must keep to do mini exercises at home especially on days where you don't want to go to gym or can't go. Sometimes a resistance band + ab wheel combo works likes a charm to sharpen those abs.…

Good post bro! I never doubted the technique. I'm a hard lifter too following the leangains method and I'm 5'10" (6 when I wear shoes) with a lean bulk, and a developing jawline via chewing gum. In my country this is probably top 3% (India, land of the abundant incel dicks). Right now I'm crushing the abs routine and taking in a protein heavy diet. A month or two should allow me to reach that 5% bf target (yep I'm overly ambitious). Will reach out once target accomplished! Cheers!

I might be wrong but the guy in the pic is probably at 7-8% body fat. If you're at 12% then there should be a substantial amount of fat visible in the abs right? In that case, how did you avoid the minor belly fold while sitting down? In my case, I'm close to 12% as well and abs are visible while standing. However when I sit down, my belly bulges. Does this happen to you?

That's a good way to look at it. I was reading a book and sipping on my cocktail alone, planning to approach. I get checked out a lot cos I'm kinda good looking. But that specific day was weird for me altogether. My anxiety of being judged kicked in (even though I planned on doing this with a 'no fucks given' mentality). I got confused as to whether chicks were "checking me out" or giving me mean looks like "why the fuck is this weirdo drinking all by himself and reading a book? You're not at a …
