Are you talking about Native Americans or the subcontinent? Serious question depending greatly on where you live.

Would you consider such a situation hypothetically believable in our current climate, regardless of the actual facts in this particular case? Or are you finding it difficult to believe this case because you can't imagine something like this actually happens?

I suppose this sub's name could be interpreted to mean a guy being denied access to a woman, is that what you were going for here OP?

Wait, what? I don't have any first hand knowledge of the region but if you stumble into /pol/ or something you will be inundated with memes about how feminist and PC Sweden is. The word 'cucked' will also be ubiquitously paired with Sweden. Are you saying /pol/ is wrong again?

What do you mean? She posted a link about surreptitiously taking photos of unaware hot men in a marathon without their consent, and commented "I'm sooooo gonna do this". She didn't at all say it was wrong when women do this, she was endorsing the behaviour. The hypocrisy is that she was trying to get points for calling out a man for doing essentially what she approved a woman doing. Maybe I misunderstood you?

I think it was also a 'playing dead' defensive move. Of course she is lucky she wasn't being attacked by one of the many people who don't stop their beating just because their opponent is unconscious.

I wouldn't. If someone acts in this way which shows they don't respect you, it's best to pretty much forget about them. Treat them civilly (as in respond nonchalantly if they ask how you are or whatever) but that's it. Leave them behind.

if you drop a hammer from the second floor, you are not touching someone. If that hammer then lands on someone, and it is clear you intended for that to happen, you are guilty of battery. Wouldn't that be like, attempted murder?

Personally I wouldn't have used either word, but I'm curious as to the downvotes? Maybe as a non-American I'm missing something here? I don't like racist language in general but why use it for half the people you describe but not the other half?

What's your gender and age, OP? It's not necessarily beta to respect your parents, and in times past it was the understood role of a child to perform simple household tasks. It's easy to understand a father who is a responsible provider expecting his young ones to throw out some trash whether he's headed there or not. On the other hand he may be a complete narcissistic lazy psycho but as for me there's not enough data in your post to decide. The beta concept doesn't apply to your relationship to…

I'm afraid you are incorrect though. "Blacks are dumb" (and "whites are dumb") is absolutely considered racism. Bigotry would be "southerners are dumb" or "Christians are dumb". Racism is when bigotry and race collide.

That's a glib response. Boxing isn't assault either in the right context, neither is kickboxing. Playing supersoakers as kids was awesome, but if was in a spiteful acrimonious breakup I wouldn't expect to be able to get away with jumping out of the bushes and soaking my ex while she was getting into her car for work. I understand why you feel the need to respond with a knee-jerk defense, because we don't know the facts. I'm saying that there are circumstances where soaking a former girlfriend fa…

I hear what you are saying, but if the case is the definitive one to demand zero tolerance then what on earth do we do with the likes of mattress girl? Double plus zero tolerance?

There are a lot of people talking about how she should get serious time for this. She wasted lots of police (and other services) time to be sure, but I think cases like this are miles away from ones where they are actually accusing a specific person ala the mattress girl. I think the charges in cases like this (where no one is accused) should be much lighter. I'm not giving her a pass, but actually pinning a rape on a spurned lover or enemy is way worse. This is more like saying "I got mugged" a…

It simply points out the hypocrisy, which is useful on it's own. One shouldn't be obligated to write a dissertation just for sharing a screenshot, as anyone who wants to supplement with their ideas on solutions is free to engage in a dialogue about it.

Well, they have absolutely no functional value and are only used to enhance the attractiveness of a female (in many cultures). I'm not saying that's right or wrong, but if you wear high heels you definitely want to be physically admired and/or sexually appealing.

I don't really understand the problem here, other than killing 200 tigers. He wanted a pen pal, as was more common in those days, and decides not to reveal his extravagant wealth and power until he trusted her. I suppose since she kept up a correspondence relationship with him when she presumably thought he was just some random indian, he wanted to reward her by bringing her into his lavish lifestyle for a visit. I don't see why that makes him foolish?

I don't think the tone of this crowd would go in that direction. Certain subcultures and neighbourhoods are a lot more in line with "don't hit unless you expect a return hit" of which I wholeheartedly approve. Presuming he didn't jump on her and feed her more, of course. Unfortunately that also sometimes happens, and it's unjustified in my view.

Oftentimes men may assume you are already in a relationship, there's nothing wrong with you showing interest in guys in stead of waiting for them to ask you out. Also why not try plenty of fish or something similar? Good luck.

Truth needs no spokesperson. It carries on not caring who believes what. I think that is absolutely true when taken out of the context of this thread. Most of trp opinions and arguments quickly fall when subjected to the marketplace of ideas outside the bubble of this sub. Of course, I am in that bubble at the moment so I expect downvotes... -edit to try and not come off as confrontational

It's difficult to gauge this situation without more details as to the things you did that lowered your standing? You said you hit on lots of girls but was that it? Saying a hot gf 'Climbs to your head' could mean anything.
