Kind of not-relevant. The important issue is that there are never any charges for false accusations when they are uncovered, so there is no incentive for them to stop. Nitpicking about the statistics (that we can't actually uncover because nobody will entertain the possibility) is unproductive.

The answer is simple: women lack imagination. Women move like herd animals. They protect women because other women told them to.
