In high school we learn parts of american calc 1 and calc 2 and some easy differential equations of the first order. Then in uni the first maths class they throw us into is a proof based real analysis class, where we also have to learn all computational rules they didnt teach us in hs (u sub, partial fractions, epsilon delta, etc), and taylor series + big o notation.
