4	So, what do we do exactly? As a recent EE graduate I have to admit that I actually support initiatives to get women into engineering. All of the female students who managed to get through their first year (turnover rate is crazy), were very dedicated and honestly faced challenges that many of the guys did not have to worry about. In my experience, female engineers are some of best people I have ever come across. The world would be such a better place with more of them!
