| 19 | A great advice a friend gave me to help me to stop over-analyzing girls.I had a system to overcome this. I used to have a problem of obsessing about girls, also over-analyzing everything. I would constantly re-read her texts, IMs etc. When I found myself doing that, I made myself stop for 3 days, and promissed myself that if I managed to not do that for 3 days I would be allowed to obsess as much as I wanted.
