As a woman I would like to add my take. Patriarchy is not a mass conspiracy by men to hurt women because of it were, other men wouldn’t be affected this is because men also suffer under the patriarchy. The unrealistic standards of masculinity that men feel obliged to meet are baked into society and negatively affect men.
