Oh well, I opened up to my ex-wife after she cheated on me. As a good husband I wanted to save our marriage for the sake of my daughter. I would not say I do not like to travel but I like to go to interesting places. 1.5 years after my divorce I went to Israel to visit some friends of mine. Took a hotel in central TelAviv and went on a jorney every day on foot. I visited Jerusalem, Bethlehem and on the last day went to Haifa on foot which was around 25Km back and forth. Did I take pictures? Of course. Waling Wall, Al Aqsa Mosque, Chruch of the Holy Sepulchre, Church of Nativity ect. Selfies? Not a single one.

I did two special courses (ABC/SE) in the Navy and one scenario was to rescue someone from a burning building. So they put in a doll (75Kg/165lbs) in a smoked room and you had to get the poor bugger out of there wearing respirator + other equipment. I couldn't agree more on this. Being from the north I have been spoon fed Norse mythology in school. My exWife is half german/danish with relatives in Danmark and Grønland. Nowadays nothing counts. If you attend a metal/goth concert you see a lot of those girls and worse. I took a friend of mine to a concert because she likes the music and she was shocked. Weird tatoos and clothing, metal where it does not belong, you get my point. However, I usually dress myself like I am on my way to a metal concert and have tatoos/earrings but in a matter of minutes I can swap to business clothing and no one gets the idea I am with the bad guys. She cannot do that ever again.
