2	Don't have confidence? Your body sells you out. Even so, you can fix it if you know what to look for. What's interesting is that the video uses Chris Evans as an example. He's admitted his own struggles with social anxiety. And maybe that's just him selling a story to be more relatable to an audience while playing a super soldier. But it's interesting to think that he's developed a level of confidence where these actions are in fact natural. 3	I've learned that I'm a fast-talker and mumbler. What can I do to break this habit and learn to speak more deliberately? I've written for a few news outlets, so I'm used to recording my conversations when I interview sources. I've learned a lot about how I speak: when I get too quiet, when I mumble, etc. It takes a bit of self-reflection and correction on your part, but having game tape like that is helpful. Secretly recording a conversation probably isn't legal where you live without the other party's consent.
