This reads like something that was written by an alternate reality version of myself (down to your description of your life at the moment). That's very encouraging for me.

I can't really offer a quick fix (anything that tackles anxiety quickly, isn't going work too well long term.) The people talking about scat, though, are on the right track. We're all human. No one is perfect and this girl, no matter how great she is, is no exception. In threads like this, I'll often bring up meditation. It's really a great way to get in touch and understand your thoughts, feelings and emotions. It's a practice, so you'll need to keep at it. But once it becomes a regular part of…

Solid questions, but I find that I play interviewer a bit too much. What about 7 things I should show & tell about myself on that date?

I jumped into meditation to try to de-stress and be more mindful. I've been using an app called Headspace which – among a lot of other features – includes guided 30-day packs that address certain mental moods/states/conditions. The one I referenced in my first post is for helping with self-esteem. The guide always talks about "returning to a place of quiet confidence" and the language struck me as similar to your discussion of "the zone." At the end of a lot of lessons, he recommends noting your…

Do you meditate? Or have any background in it? This is really similar to one of the lessons from a guided meditation I'm working through at the moment.

What's interesting is that the video uses Chris Evans as an example. He's admitted his own struggles with social anxiety. And maybe that's just him selling a story to be more relatable to an audience while playing a super soldier. But it's interesting to think that he's developed a level of confidence where these actions are in fact natural. It's probably not hard to gain confidence with a Chris Evans face, a Chris Evans body and Chris Evans money. Still, it's nice to know that natural body lang…

I've written for a few news outlets, so I'm used to recording my conversations when I interview sources. I've learned a lot about how I speak: when I get too quiet, when I mumble, etc. It takes a bit of self-reflection and correction on your part, but having game tape like that is helpful. Secretly recording a conversation probably isn't legal where you live without the other party's consent. But if you don't think you'd get caught, it might be worth a shot.

Solo? And I wouldn't use one threesome as the blueprint for every threesome.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
