Yep then you have the cases where the more they dig in to them to go to trial the more problems the find until the point the DA sees they are lying. This is where you get the 65+% cases. If you read the article this is the percentage that police & DAs are finding in their own cities & offices. Women lying about being raped is NOT rare. Even if it is NOT 65+% & is it only 25% that means 1 in 4 cases of claims of rape she is lying. This is a major problem & needs to be addressed. Even police are f…

LOL your not going to get an answer because it isn't about protecting society/people/voters it is only about making women to be victims and take no responsibility for their behaviors. I've seen so many women physically beat on men but when he restrains her or does the exact same thing back to her, then he is a violent domestic abuser and needs to be in jail immediately despite her behavior that started it. I dated once a women who did not like that I wouldn't fight with her and wouldn't respond …

If you suddenly basically randomly announce you want a divorce then don't follow through with it then either you were lying that you wanted a divorce or you are an idiot for not following through with what you claimed you wanted.

Yes poor women who fucked around, made multiple poor choices that caused them to end up pregnant and made the choice on their own to keep the baby and demand others support their desires with cash and don't give them any choice or option to not support their choice. Poor women that we don't demand that they be 100% responsible for their choices because they demanded their body their choice and only their choice. You can fuck right off for demanding others pay for their choices and shit decisions…

Yes they absolutely relied on surveys. They did NOT pull the divorce case records from the court to do find the details of the divorce.

Being in a bombing is NOT the same as being shot at or stabbed with a bayonet. It is not the same as hunting on the battlefield or being hunted on the battlefield. Do not devalue the horror of war that the troops go through.

So you are basically saying that surveys are bullshit. I would mostly agree, but in this specific case I totally agree. It would have been far more clear and unquestionable facts to look at actual court cases and the results of them instead of asking the opinion of people where they can lie and be manipulated by the form of the question. Perfect example of a manipulative survey question is "When did you stop beating your spouse?" You can get a proof out of looking at actual decided court cases. …

Men do NOT have the choice of a financial abortion so you can just fuck right off with men have an equal say. They do not. Men can NOT say I want no part of this child, and men can't say not my fault she didn't choose an abortion. Men can and have been sued for child support of babies they never wanted. Men have even been sued by the state to support the child and the mother as well. So fuck off saying men have the same choice as women about becoming a parent. They do NOT!

If you are planning to end something you normally plan ahead so you don't get fucked by the system. You may announce suddenly that you want a divorce but if you do you don't wait around for the other person to start the process. If it is imperfect then it does NOT say what is claimed. If what was claimed was correct then you wouldn't say it was imperfect. You would instead say it was accurate and correct and proved their point. Imperfect design of a survey absolutely invalidates the study. If I design a study wrong and ask the wrong questions or ask leading questions then yes the study is completely invalid. Yes war factories were staffed by women because men were off dying in the war. Not even close to the same level of terror or death for the women. The men didn't get a choice they were drafted. Not even a close comparison. Men came back from the wars all fucked up physically and mentally. Women went home from the factory and got on with their lives. Again not even close to the same.

How the questions were asked and the clear bias of the people involved based on them saying they knew this to be true then got the data to support it. Also clear bias in their other papers published and their postings. Classic case of go looking for/create the data to prop up your already held biases. They also threw a lot of results in together to furth prop up what they wanted the data to say instead of keeping it all separated and uniquely identified. Go look at the raw data.

Typical single mother isn't working 40 hours to raise kids herself. She is getting money from the father and getting money from the state for social programs. I see it all the time. That is a lie. Don't look at surveys look at actual legal cases and how often it actually happens in the court room. Surveys are totally biased when you look at the questions asked and how they tabulated the results. You can get any answer you want in a survey based on how you ask the questions. Every survey I have ever looked at when you look at the underlying raw data and how they were setup you see they had their opinion/answer and just went looking for the data to agree with them. So women can decide to abort a baby and it is no big deal, but a father who wants an abortion but can't force it because he doesn't want a kid, is an asshole? Wow I'm impressed by your ability to bend over backwards for women and let them off the hook. The mental gymnastics to support that level of thinking is insane. Also stop with the bullshit of men make the laws. Women are in politics and women have voted for decades so you can fuck right off with that bullshit of blaming men for laws.

But it is a very good indicator of who wants the divorce the most. That is typically the person who files first because they had it planned and acted on those plans first before their partner who most likely was unaware a divorce was coming.
/r/MensRights31/05/22 10:45 AM

You made a common mistake and didn't look at the underlying data to make sure it actually said what was claimed and that didn't create the data to backup their opinion they already had decided on. The study has some major problems when you dig down in to the setup of the study, questions asked and the actual data. They also make a lot of assumptions about why the divorce happened as well.

If you look at the latest video that came out where is shows Jada from behind and the side, you can see Jada laughing at Will Smith going on stage and slapping Chris. Will has resigned from the Academy and the Academy has still said they are going to punish him. Also the Oscar's put out a press release saying they asked Will to leave and he refused. Well if you look at the latest video you can see Jada's reaction to Will Smith going up on stage. She clearly loved it. You can see her laughing about the slap from behind and to the side of Jada. The whole thing is going to cost both Jada and Will Smith. Will resigned from the Academy and he is still facing punishment from the Academy. Oscars also put out a press release saying they asked Will Smith to leave and he refused.

Then why didn't Jada grab him and stop him from going on stage? Why didn't Jada say shit to him when he came to sit down? Why did she not step in when Will kept yelling "Keep my wife's name out of your fucking mouth". Why did she not try and stop him at all in any form if she was only mildly annoyed. Why wouldn't Jada go stop being an ass in public, Will you're on TV. Everyone is staring. Why didn't Jada say stop this isn't the time or place to do this. It's because that behavior is exactly what…

You need to learn more about their marriage that they have said publicly in interviews and how Jada has basically cheated on Will and never wanted to be married and has openly manipulated Will, because Will considers divorce a major failure and said that repeatedly in public and said that exact thing about his first divorce. How Will considered it his biggest failure. Also you need to look up Jada pushing Will to do stupid shit in public in the past as well.

Wouldn't prompt me to do anything in such a stupid matter, but then people in general are stupid and do stupid things all the time in the heat of anger or being goaded in to by friends and family. People do stupid shit all the time, that doesn't even include doing stupid shit while drunk. I've seen men and women get in to fights over comments made by someone. I can absolutely blame her for pushing her husband to do something. If she was so offended then why didn't Jada get up and walk out? Will was laughing until she gave him a look. If she wasn't trying to make Will do something then why give the look, why not just get up and walk out? Because Jada absolutely knew what the look would mean to Will given their marriage and their relationship. Jada has made it very clear in interviews that she wears the pants in that marriage. Will said he sees divorce…

As good as married is absolutely the same as married. That is absolutely incorrect. Only when you are married and force to deal with each other and are no longer able to freely walk away, makes it totally different. Until you are married you can easily say screw this I'm out and pack all your shit and leave saying I'm done with your bullshit. Marriage makes it a lot harder to do that because now you legally share everything including all assets and debt. And I am basing it on all the interviews …

Well you need to read up more on Jada and Will Smith's marriage to see how dysfunctional it has been for years. Also doesn't matter what I would do or wouldn't do. I do know the look and clearly Will Smith who just minutes before was laughing his ass off decided that Jada wanted him to do something about the bald joke and decided that slapping Chris Rock was what she wanted or needed him to do. You clearly can't read what I typed. Read what I typed again. I said Jada gave Will the stink eye in the video. You clearly see Jada glaring at Will for laughing at the joke. Will and every married man knows that look from their wife. You choose to ignore that is your problem, not mine. It was so clearly obvious the look Jada gave to Will.

If Will Smith had be white there would be a totally different reaction. If Chris Rock was gay again there would be a totally different reaction. If Chris Rock had been a woman it would have been a totally different reaction as well. Also doesn't this feed the stereo type of an angry black man who can't control himself and resorts to violence? Also if Jada was so pissed why didn't she leave? Why didn't Jada go up there and smack Chris Rock if she was so upset. Note Will Smith was laughing his ass…

That is wrong. Will Smith was laughing his ass off about the joke until he looked over and saw Jada giving him the stink eye. If you are married you know exactly what that look means. You didn't watch all of it or are actively putting your head in the sand to deny and ignore the truth.
/r/MensRights30/03/22 08:45 PM

This whole thing is garbage. If they wanted to seriously get the maximum reaction to the joke then Will Smith and Jada Smith would have instantly got up and walked out. But notice in the videos that Will Smith and the black woman in the gold dress next to him were laughing their ass off until Will Smith looked over at Jada and saw she was pissed, so she basically gave him the stink eye saying do something! They didn't dare get up and walk out which would have been a stronger statement. They woul…

Nope. I don't think any company should be bailed out every. If they make shit choices and end up going under then they deserve to go under because they made shit choices. Companies that are managed poorly and make poor choices deserve and absolutely need to go out of business. We should NOT reward companies for absolutely poor decisions. There is no such thing as a company that is too big to fail. Someone will always come along and take their place and offer the same services or products.

What is good for the whole is NOT to forgive student loan debt. It is better for the whole that not everyone go to college. It is better for the whole to teach people to be responsible about borrowing money and actually repay the money they agreed to repay that they borrowed. There is nothing good about any of this for the whole. It should NOT be the responsibility of 65% of the public to pay for college debt. Just because you because you agreed to pay back money you borrowed and you screwed up and borrowed way too much, now you don't want to honor the agreement you made? How is that far? You could have shopped around and picked a much cheaper place to be educated just like we do for cars, TVs, and basically everything. It isn't our fault you regret the choice you made and want out of the agreement you made to pay back the money you borrowed.

Need is far different from want. You don't NEED a college education and you don't NEED it for free. You also don't NEED a college education from an expensive college or university either. You just WANT those things and that is far far different.

You could try and argue that but it would undermine the whole gift argument and put her on the hook for all the work. No don't treat her like a wife. Don't pay for all her shit. Don't give her expensive presents. Don't take her kids on vacation and pay for everything. Don't buy her a house. Also don't do this for years and publicly call her your wife or the courts will say yes you are right she is your wife.

Because of common law marriage in the law. Which basically says if you live together or are in a relationship long enough and treat each other like you are married then the government is going to say you are married. If you don't like this then you need to work to have common law marriage removed from the law books in your area. Then you actually do have to have that piece of paper to be legally married in the eyes of the government.

Surveys don't matter. Criminal cases that you can prove what happened is what matters. Not your feels or claims but cold hard proof. The court of law and due process in the US is what matters. Not people claiming something that may or may not have happened. If it happened then go to the police and have it investigate and send the rapist to jail when it is proven in court that it happened.
/r/MensRights27/05/21 12:39 AM

Nope the amount of men who are raped is .01% of the US population per FBI crime stats. The percent of women who are raped is .01% of the US population per FBI crime stats. So it is the same for men and women. We just have studies saying almost 50% of the women who file police reports saying they were raped admit they lied about about being raped. Not we proved them wrong, but that they admit they lied.

If they are not reported to the police then they are not reliable data because nothing has been properly investigated. Just like you saying well I heard my friends say X. That doesn't mean anything because it is second hand information and isn't investigated to see if it is even real. You can't count what isn't reported or known as fact. That is simple logic. When almost half all of all reported rapes to the police are admitted to be false by the women then I don't trust anything reported to a r…

That would be incorrect. The studies prove that almost 50% admit they lied. Then you get to add all the ones where the police investigated and proved the man absolutely could not have possibly done it because he has a rock solid alibi, or DNA proves he didn't do it, or the woman told other people a different story, or upon investigation the whole thing fell apart and it didn't happen where she said, or the witness say she wasn't force she has sex willingly and talked about how great the guy was …

How can you say 66.1% are unreported since if they are unreported you have ZERO idea how many there are because they are exactly that unreported and thus can not be proved or counted because they are not reported? I could say only 1% of rapes are unreported and you can not prove otherwise because that is the whole point. They are not being reported thus can't be counted. By what logic do you justify that? You make a claim with zero supporting evidence. Just because you say it does not make it true. Being a father is just as hard as being a mother. This woman really got on my nerves. She kept laughing at various points while explaining this store. It isn't funny when men are being abused physically, emotionally and mentally by their significant other. If a man was telling the story about a women being victimized and he kept laughing and chuckling while telling the story he would be ripped a new one, but she gets a pass here. It's just that double standard again sadly.

Oh definitely. I have a phobia about being accused of something with kids, because you can never unring that bell. I never allow any kids in my home even though I am married. I am never alone in a room with any kids. I am never with any kids anywhere that there isn't multiple adults around so 1 or 2 couldn't just decide to ruin my life to fuck with. A group could still do it but less likely. I take great care to never have anyone even think that about me. I don't touch kids or anything, no hugs,…

No actually this all garbage!!!! You don't change for someone or expect them to change for you. That is how relationships start and end with failure. Either you like who the person is now or you don't but NEVER expect anyone to change for you or for you to fix them or them fix you. It isn't going to happen. Either you like each other for who you are now or find someone else to consider for a partner.

Actually the bias for or against a specific sex is less in men. Multiple studies have shown that women are far more biased than men in favoring women. But you can't say she drank more or was more fucked up than the boy because there is no BAC test for both of them. So no one has any idea who was more fucked up. I said this before. Did they take a BAC? If not then it is purely conjecture about who was more drunk or who was less drunk. Opinion isn't fact about who was most drunk. Everyone handles being drunk different. Again I will point to the fact I could out drink friends by a large amount and be more legally drunk than them based on breathalyzer (BAC) but we behaved differently. If they don't cheat and don't leave then they have zero to worry about. It won't effect them, thus it doesn't matter. The situation is very black & white. Someone broke the law and the children are adults not kids. They should not be blaming their father, but rather their mother for lying to them for years about who their father was and cheating on their father and breaking up the family. She did this to everyone, not the father.

Sure it is. It isn't rocket science to see that mom broke the law, cheated on dad and is a criminal. There is no reason to feel sorry for her. Adults choose how they react to thing. We all make a choice in how we react and respond and saying well it makes them sad or can you blame them is no excuse for making crap choices based on emotions of the moment. Be an adult and own your choices that you actively pick. No one held a gun to your head and said act like a baby and whine about your feelings.
/r/MensRights05/05/21 07:05 AM
7

Yes let's let the mom off from a crime because it makes someone feel bad. Give me a break and act like an adult and stop blaming the victims. This is why society is all messed up because we blame the victims and worry more about the criminal and everyone's feelings. Don't break the law and don't cheat on your spouse and this won't be an issue.
/r/MensRights05/05/21 07:03 AM

So if you are committing a crime it doesn't matter that it would put more people in jail. If you don't want to go to jail then don't do illegal things. He was separated from his wife. What did she expect? I guess she didn't want anyone to know that her life wasn't perfect and he left her because she argued with him all the time according to him? If you are constantly berating someone and arguing, don't be surprised when they don't want to be around you.

Well it sounds like the frat boys didn't say a word and just walked by and your sister hated on them just for being or looking like they were frat boys. Which is sexist and discriminatory. Any group walking by yelling and screaming and carrying on in public would piss me off. The public space isn't your personal party zone. The rest of us have to listen to that dumb shit and some of us are trying to get from A to B or just chill out quietly in public and don't need a crowd disturbing everyone.

The problem with this is that it is not perfect either. Many of these cases are a he said/she said and there is no evidence one way or the other to actually prove it. Especially when most of this happens in private with no witnesses. So then the issue would be more people men and women who were abused would be more fearful to come forward because if they can't prove it then they lose in a big way. I personally think everyone's name involved should be kept out of the public until the jury renders…

15-12=3 not one. So if 12 are related to pregnancy and postpartum women, then based on your own numbers 3 of them are about women in general. Which is a violation of the law where you can't discriminate based on sex, but hey don't let the law get in the way of your virtue signaling. Gotta keep up that bigotry of low expectations and that women can't possible do compete fairly and instead need special advantages because they just aren't as good as men at running a business.
/r/MensRights22/02/21 04:56 AM

Didn't you know? It's the bigotry of low expectations. Women are stupid and can't run their businesses as well as men and be as successful so we have to give them a leg up to make it fair since they clearly can't possibly compete with men.
/r/MensRights22/02/21 04:52 AM

Affirmative action is the soft bigotry of low expectations. Gee they can't possibly complete because they aren't as good as the rest of them so we have to give them a leg up. It's disgusting and sad that people actually think this.

No idea where you live but in the US there are more homeless men than homeless women. Women have lots of support systems available to them and homeless housing, but men have very little and few cities even offer any housing for homeless men. The attitude seems to be OMG we can't have homeless women, but screw the men, they will be just fine or they decided to be homeless so it's their own fault.

Because women want all the benefits with none of the downsides or responsibilities. Women couldn't originally vote because those who voted had to join the fire brigade and the military. Women originally didn't want to vote because they didn't want those responsibilities. Once they didn't have to do those things to vote then they were okay with it. But many women didn't want the right to vote because they didn't want to be responsible for those things.

"Our society tends to look at female rape and molestation as cool" Have you lost your damn mind? No one thinks female rape and molestation is cool which is why we have laws against it. If you believe that then you are one sick puppy. We send people to jail who do that and they end up being socially ostracized and lose their jobs over it.

So what is your point? You have provided no facts to support your statement that is a common response from men to have sexual fantasies about sex with teachers. I also don't find my facts in porn either. If I believed porn then every guy has no problem getting it up for hours on end and never gets tired and is perfect at sex. Actually the woman makes a choice when she decides she is going to have sex. Remember the woman is allowed to say no to men. So it is her choice. So if a woman does not want to have children then she should keep her legs closed.

"y’all need to call out the other ones because they set the tone and there’s too many of y’all doing it for it to just go under the radar " You have no proof of this. It is just your personal opinion that men behave this way and don't say anything. You are wrong.

You are an actual idiot trying to say a few stupid people speak for all men on the issue and implying that all men think that and agree with it. You are trying to take a few edge cases and say everyone says that, which is not true.
/r/MensRights15/02/21 05:28 AM

Oh so that only applies to women? Get out of here with trying to justify your refusal to take responsibility for your choices by crying about rape. Look at the stats for births from rapes. It's practically zero due to the trauma. It is more common for men raped to end up biological fathers than women carrying a baby to delivery. Most women do not end up pregnant or they end up with a miscarriage due to the trauma. Look up the stats.

The funny thing is everyone thinks before Roe V. Wade that abortion was totally illegal in the US, and that simply isn't true. Abortion was allowed in the health of the mother and rape before Roe v. Wade in some states. Two states allowed abortion on demand as well. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abortion_in_the_United_States#History
/r/MensRights14/02/21 08:32 PM

Sadly that isn't the case. There have been several cases where a man was raped and forced to pay child support for the baby.
/r/MensRights14/02/21 07:55 PM

Arguing that rape is a reason for abortion is poor logic. Look at the stats and see that women who are raped rarely become pregnant because of the trauma to their mind and body. Most never become pregnant and those that do end up pregnant end up having a miscarriage because of the trauma.

"Y’all are the literal reason behind it all so blame your gender for this." You basically just blamed the victim for this. That is disgusting. You are disgusting.

You didn't comment on anything I said so you clearly know I am right and instead tried to hand wave it off with "get your clownery out of here" instead of actually refuting a word I said with any kind of logical argument. You just want to do whatever you want and never have to pay for your shitty choices and instead want everyone else to pay for them. That is crap.
/r/MensRights14/02/21 04:08 AM

Then keep your damn legs closed if you don't want children and stop whining about your shitty choices and demanding that you shouldn't have to live with your shitty choices. Millions of couples would be happy to adopt. We don't have enough children in this country to adopt as it is and many are waiting years to adopt. So don't give me this garbage. Live with your choices and accept responsibility for your choices and stop trying to get out of the responsibility of your choices.

WRONG! Try stabbing a pregnant woman and then saying well you didn't kill a baby, it was only a fetus, just some cells and you didn't kill anyone. The courts have ruled killing a pregnant woman as a double homicide for a long time. So yes killing a baby or fetus is considered murder to the courts.
/r/MensRights14/02/21 03:51 AM

Actually that is totally false. We do know for a fact that the baby does have nerves and we see them trying to move away from the doctors and instruments performing the abortion. Just watch a video of a live abortion sometime and you will totally change your mind about how it can't feel anything and it doesn't bother them at all.

Feminism is hateful misandrist garbage and hateful to babies. It is all about the women who think it is all about them and that they shouldn't have to worry about the effect on those around them or the child. They sacrifice the baby and men on the alter of selfishness and refusing to take responsibility for their actions. Actions have consequences and just because you don't like the results of your choices does not mean you should automatically get to avoid the results of your choices.

A large percentage of women are not raped. Go look at the FBI stats for it. The stupidly repeated 1:3 women will be raped in college is just that, stupid.
