Keep a steady rhythm while you're at it. When you're about to finish you tend to get very irregular in terms of thrust/strokes. If you pick a pace and stick to it you're more likely to remain in control longer.

All humans eat, much in the same vein- any creature that didn't starved. That being said, there are some people who stuff their face at every opportunity or eat like shit, and others who are able to regulate their behavior to optimize for the long term. It isn't wrong to note that while all women will be gravitationally pulled to the highest quality dick around, levels of impulse control and the branch swing threshold vary from girl to girl, who would therefore be suitable to different roles. I compulsively hold the door open for everyone if I see them anywhere near it, unless a)someone else is holding it b) its a double door situation with a massive crowd. There are some things you do to grease the wheels of civilization, not because they get you pussy. No girl has ever gotten wet at the sight of an open door, but we do it anyway. We're not animals, we live in a society.

Throwing around insults doesn't prove anything. If this was a genuine argument you'd be attempting to prove either that a) systemic racism does exist, b) IQ disparities do not exist, or c) some third explanatory position or combination of the previous 2. All the various -ists and -isms have lost their punch because they're used so often and improperly. All you're really saying is 'I don't have to engage with you because you're icky' and on a forum meant for open debate that's pathetic. If you ha…

You can look at modern statistics comparing single parent families to two parent families- they are not equivalent in outcome. The father is the best male presence because he’s actually invested in the children, in the way a stepfather or boyfriend is not. There are other valid sources, mentors, teachers, coaches, older brothers, uncles, grandfathers, but most of those are less involved than a father would be, as precious as they often are to those with absent or deficient fathers. they interpre…

Have you ever read any of the literature on IQ research? It goes back 100 years and is some of the best attested data in social science. I’d recommend reading The Bell Curve, especially chapter 13 for this issue, as well as the work of James Flynn for the environmental counter argument, but, for highlights. 1) Intelligence is mono-variable, meaning all of its sub dimensions are correlated. This is opposed to things like personality, which has 5 traits which independently vary. While there is som…

Honestly if you’re an Alpha out for sexual gratification our society is pretty much optimized for you. Lesser men may have lost most of their already limited access to sex, but they have no shortage of pornography and intoxicants to anesthetize themselves. If, on the other hand, you’re concerned with the long term stability and wellbeing of society writ large we’re in a death spiral and have been for several decades.

Lot to unpack here, but I'm in a hurry so we'll stick to cliff notes. Yes, the terrain changes, but the objective and many of the basic skills don't. Men are attracted to beauty, and women are attracted to power. Having high socioeconomic status and a strong physique are always going to be more attractive to women than being poor or weak, although the paths to that status do shift with time. Likewise, marks of fertility and health like a great figure, smooth skin, and long hair are going to be e…

I have delusions of grandeur, and if I ever achieve them having my voice on the podcast would cause problems, but I have a story too pathetic not to share. I started liking girls a lot earlier than most of my peers. Think pre-school early. Everyone else, including my peers and parents, gave me a ton of shit for it, so I developed a complex where I would never express any sexual interest in anything or anyone under any circumstances. What do you mean? You know. Blondes vs Brunettes. Tits vs Ass. White vs Asian vs Black vs Hispanic vs whatever the fuck, Tiny Tina vs Thicc Tatiana, is Emma Watson a 6 or a 9? Most of the backlash you’ve gotten has been on the basis of hypocrisy rather than preference. You make the valid point that men ought to pursue what makes them happy and then shit on what a majority of people want. I assume you did it for humor and to illustrate how little the opinions of others matter but the way you phrased it and the way you’ve responded to most of the comments suggests that you do have a bit of a chip on your shoulder about other guys not liking sista’s the same way you do. …

I dropped a few tears when my main girl's 35 year old sister was sitting in an urn at the front of the church after overdosing. The rule is never cry in front of your woman. Whatever, a misty eye is nothing to be ashamed of. You get a pass for a tear or two at family funerals if your girl isn't totally insane. Even then shake it off once the proceedings are over.

I think that core to the Red Pill is the recognition that what is real is real regardless of what we think we know. Just as reality has a definite nature, so to do men. Assuming we want to exist, we need to know how things really are to avoid being killed, let alone have the possibility of flourishing. A man who dipped his dick in lava wouldn’t last very long. Since the physical laws of nature are constant and discernible and our own nature and needs are constant and discernible a moral natural …

I can’t claim it as an original thought, but in the Platonic Dialogue Protagoras Socrates and the aforementioned Protagoras are debating the nature of virtue; Socrates believes that it is a singular and inherent quality of man while Protagoras argues that it is multifaceted and teachable. I’ll link the Wikipedia summary and the actual dialogue if you’re interested, I’d say this is one of the more rewarding of Plato’s Dialogues since rather than having Socrates expose his opponent as a charlatan …

Fats not only stimulate more feelings of satiety than carbs, but they are essential components of many hormones, such as testosterone, which is catabolic to fat and anabolic to muscle. If you get an insufficient amount of dietary fat over a long period of time your hormonal profile will start to suffer dramatically, not to mention the fact that you’re far more likely to be hungry. You don’t want to dip below 10% of your caloric intake being fat, and as much as 30% is still in the healthy range.

CICO is a necessary but not sufficient condition for most people because if done improperly the amount of psychological and physiological stress it puts on a person makes it very unlikely that they’ll stick to it. Yes, you can be a chad of will power and force your way through a lot of it, sometimes for a while, but why climb up the mountain with a boulder on your back the entire time when you can take a car up the paved highway to the top? You shouldn’t be overwhelmed by hunger because if you g…

Quality of food matters too. If you’re eating calorie dense, nutrient poor food, you have to eat a lot to get the essential building blocks you need to function. If you eat nutrient dense food you can get by on far fewer calories. You don’t just have to optimize for protein, you have to optimize for all macros and micros, and the best way to do that is through a balanced diet of whole foods and not processed garbage. When you do that, you’ll find that you’re full, and don’t need to eat so often.…

u/Whisper, you could argue, and I in fact would argue, that virtue and knowledge are effectively synonymous. If you know what is the right thing to do, know that it is truly better than all possible other things, of course you’re going to do it. People may attempt to evade knowledge to preserve their egos, or to avoid short term pain, and this willful blindness is the root of evil, but virtue (the proper way of living as man) and character ( the traits that shape who we are) are inseparable from…

TL;DR Men have to take the first step, but if a woman really likes you she will pave the way, light it up with neon signs, and practically sing "please come over here and approach". Of course, if she doesn't she's going to throw up as many barriers as she can muster. Sometimes that's just a hardcore shit test and busting through anyway will soak through panties, sometimes she is utterly unreachable. Most women are going to be somewhere in the middle.

Tattoos themselves are ugly, and they make a pretty woman uglier. The human body when properly cared for is a temple of beauty, tattoos are graffiti. If you like them, you do you, you’ve got one less guy to compete with. The ink ages like milk and people are often stuck with symbols they outgrow. Not to mention they’re a traditionally masculine practice; most men don’t like masculine women. People with tattoos are generally impulsive, attention seeking fools. If you ask questions you would hopefully have the sense to make them leading or fun questions. They should be a conversation starter, not the whole conversation. “Where do you work?” “Kinkos.” “Yeah, you seem like that kind of girl.” “What do you mean?” Throw in some push pull, body language, tone. etc. Maybe on a dating app avoiding questions entirely is a good way to stand out but in person they can be a valuable tool to steering a conversation where you want it to go.

While you make some valid points about confidence, making a girl qualify herself and distinguishing yourself from the pack, fundamentally it is a job interview, whether you’re looking for temp worker or a more permanent employee. You should approach it as such, by casting a wide net, having firm boundaries and always being able to fill an open position. “Hi, this is Proto-Sigma inc, I currently have an opening for chief cocksucker, what makes you qualified for this position?”

Ben Franklin once said that when you move into a new neighborhood, the first thing you should do is ask your new neighbors to do you small favors. If they’re going out of their way to help you, they typically rationalize that they must like you to go to the trouble, even though people are generally non-confrontational and will do whatever seems to be the easiest thing, which if someone asks to borrow some sugar may just be giving it to them. Added to this effect is that women are attracted to po…

Lifting weights has given me arrogance among mere mortals but humility amongst the demigods. People only see and feel the tip of the spear. Any accomplishment or action has a long list of prerequisites, be it extra years in school for a prestigious degree, or countless hours in the gym, or a few dollars set aside every day for investment. Most people don’t understand that- their attention span is measured in minutes, not months or years. You cross the finish line and they’ll say “He’s smart, he’s strong, he’s wealthy” and it’ll seem like some kind of magic trick. If you’re just differen…

Frame is more than just your sense of self, although your identity does influence frame. Frame is the set of unspoken assumptions that undergird a relationship or interaction. When you talk with your boss, for instance, you don’t need to constantly bring up who’s in charge and under what terms because both of you are acting out the employer-employee frame. In school you have the student-teacher frame, in a restaurant you have a customer-server frame, all these interactions are based on assumptio…

Reminds me of many a great comedy bit. “ I would love to be gay, so I could enjoy fucking the gender I understand. ‘Gay’ used to mean happy. These people love fucking other men so much, they call it happy. I’ve been heterosexual my entire life, I wouldn’t call it happy, I’d call it a struggle at best. Off the dome there are basic steps you can take that will help a lot if you have serious problems, such as proper nutrition, exercise and a regular sleep schedule ensuring you get a good 7-9 hours. Heavy compound lifts tend to offer the best returns for strength and testosterone. Proper amounts of dietary fat, cholesterol and zinc can have great effects specifically as many people are deficient in them and they are key chemical ingredients for your body to produce testosterone and other hormones…

Written language and spoken language are two different categories and it is important to be precise when your premise is based around verbal vs non-verbal communication. The extent of polygyny in a society seems to track pretty closely with its level of inequality, so large harems are a relatively modern and limited phenomenon. Dominant males still almost certainly got the choice mating opportunities and maybe even two or three mates, but covert affairs with the mates of lower ranking males woul…

Not everything is zero sum. The entire basis of an economy based on voluntary trade is the fact that people have different subjective judgements of economic value and different talents. Potentially unpopular opinion, but yes and no. In the strictest sense, there are a limited number of mating opportunities, so that is unquestionably zero sum. For men there is a cap on the available number of fertile females so that’s a zero sum bottleneck- every woman you impregnate is a woman that can’t be impregnated by someone else. Women have a very limited number of good years and viable eggs. For women there is a less rigid limit on the available amount of resources for provisioning (sinc…

If you care about data, mass shootings are actually very rare in the US and most media stats suggesting other wise are ludicrously inflated. Of the shootings that do occur, the overwhelming majority of them are committed with handguns, not rifles, many of which are obtained illegally by gangs that trafficking drugs in an international black market, and said shootings are mostly turf wars between gang members. Rule 1: Be attractive Rule 2: Don’t be unattractive That’s what this all really boils down too. If you’re an attractive man, having platonic female friends, especially if they find you attractive and you have enough abundance not to fuck them, can be an incredible asset. You get access to their social circle, you get automatic pre-selection, you get automatic dread, because you communicate to all your partners that you’re good with women and you have options. I don’t think porn stars are that attractive. There are exceptions but the ones who I would think are hot could also actually do modeling. I get the abstraction of good long term prospect vs good short term prospect. But my point is that in my experience only one kind of stimulus gets my engines running- I want the same sexual characteristics in both a hypothetical LTR and a plate. I’m in a very similar situation. My mother died a few years ago- she loved junk food, didn’t sleep properly and was under constant stress. My Dad lifts like a champ but is also very fat- he’s in good health for now but I worry. The best thing you can do is lead by example. I nagged my Mom to schedule a doctors appointment for years before she died and she kept finding excuses. I love the point being made and think fundamentals of physical health are horribly neglected in general. I will point out that sometimes anxiety can be channeled well. I’ve been on a cut for the last 3 months or so and while I haven’t lost much muscle according to the mirror and a tape measure I’ve found I’m noticeably weaker. Marriage itself is an incredibly dangerous gambit that should not be attempted unless you're absolutely certain the two of you are going to have children immediately after the start of the marriage. Day game or social circle game is probably better suited for your situation. Dating sites are much more superficial- even if you're shredded a lot of girls will nope out just because you're short. In person, however, you can better utilize game and charisma and show off your physique more directly. Also, consider wearing elevator shoes to stack on an inch or two. It's a completely fair edge to give yourself.

8-12 inches where? In any case, there's your answer then. Cut until you're sufficiently lean to show off what you've worked to build, then once you're lean enough start a clean, careful bulk back up. Once you cross a certain threshold, cut again for a bit, then go back to bulking, each time increasing your overall lean mass by a few pounds.

If it's too high you can cut just as easily as you can bulk- just keep working out and starting running a caloric deficit.

We need a beachhead. Despite the best efforts of the censors there's still some possibility of normies stumbling upon us if we have a presence on Reddit or Youtube or some other highly popular site. I only made my way here because of comments on the 'ManWomanMyth' series on Youtube and plenty of users found the place because of other people bitching about us on reddit. The further removed we are from potential converts the less likely we are to get them. People follow the path of least resistanc…

While the increasing Balkanization of our society continues to fuck us over, there are some dangers to further subdividing ourselves. That being said there are obvious benefits. If there is an ‘endorsed’ tribe where high quality content is crossposted that would be great for a concentrated red pill. My only concern is that such a system might overtake the main forum and stifle discussion.

The effects of gene editing on the behavior of thots is going to be negligible in the short term. Human sexual impulses evolved over millions of years. Societal changes thousands of years ago haven’t fully curbed the primal instinct, so cutting edge tech that’s only existed for a hot minute won’t either. A woman’s logical brain might be aware that gene editing her kid will overcome everything but her hindbrain won’t want to fuck the short, timid, ugly guy. Guess which one controls attraction?

I’m going to have to disagree on this one. A few decades back, I think in the 50s or 60s, there was a genetic study on heredity done were it was incidentally found that 10% of purported father’s in the study were not actually the father of the child in question. A 30% negative rate is probably inflated since most paternity tests are performed where there are already suspicions of infidelity and the set of women suspected of cheating probably has a higher proportion of cheaters than the general population. A random sample of the populatio…

Data varies more on that point. Some studies indicate that, while some studies give women a slight edge. Hedging our bets the male and female mean are identical with error bars of 1-3 points in either direction. The data and logic behind greater make variance is much better established and difficult to overturn.

Explaining is not excusing. Though moralizing is against the rules so I can't push for it, I would say that cheating is morally wrong, if for no other reason than a man's word is valuable and if you have freely given it you shouldn't break it. But it shouldn't be mysterious why people do it.

I read the Hunger Games in middle school and still look fondly on it. One of my favorite passages in retrospect is in the 3rd book when Peeta and Gale (the male spokes of the love triangle) are discussing which of them Katniss, the female protagonist, is most likely to choose. They mutually agree it will be 'whoever she needs more to survive.' Epic red pill right there.

You work hard in order to have a better life. Charisma, fitness, style and competence are useful in most domains of life and make you more likely to be successful. If you're doing things right women being attracted to you is a pleasant side effect. Women are a lagging indicator of success and while it takes game to maximize the value you get from them they want to be and should be an add on to an otherwise fulfilling life rather than your center.

Incredibly sound post. However, for small loans I reccomend using them as a test of character. If you have any new relationship, friend or plate, and they need a little money, make them a loan and see what happens. Lisa: Well I wish you wouldn't, because, aside from the fact that he has the same frailties as all human beings, he's the only father I have. Therefore he is my model of manhood, and my estimation of him will govern the prospects of my adult relationships. So I hope you bear in mind that any knock at him is a knock at me, and I am…

The formation of fetishes during early adolescence could potential increase the number of gays if otherwise heterosexual individuals are exposed to homoerotic stimuli and begin to associate said stimuli with their sexuality. The sexualization of anthropomorphic cartoon characters led to the emergence of the ‘furry’ phenomena for similar reasons. So, yes, I would expect the LGBT’s share of the population to increase, although the magnitude of the increase is difficult to predict.

Respect is earned. If your frame is strong enough, women will respect you. If not, they won't. No woman will respect you for your 'inherent value' just like no woman will fuck you for your 'inherent value' -the two are highly correlated. If women actually respected betas our species would have never evolved to the level which it has. Don't be beta.

Those things are also to be avoided whenever posssible. /r/TheRedPill05/02/18 07:20 PM

Both. The hammer is useless without the carpenter, but the carpenter would have a much harder time building the house without the hammer. A reasonably intelligent carpenter could probably assemble a functional hammer on his own, but it may not be of the same general quality or utility as a finely made hammer (maybe it breaks more easily or is harder to hold etc.). While the agent may be primary, the most powerful and successful agents have a critical yet healthy respect for the tools they both m…

People respect people who are perceived as larger and more powerful for pragmatic reasons ( less likely to get punched in the face by someone bigger than you.) People also give more respect to people with desirable traits(It's called the halo effect). Having hair is widely considered to be superior to baldness, more attractive, etc. Some people make baldness work, but this is the general rule.

Here's a tip about 'nice' things you do for other people. If you do it once or twice it's a favor. If you do it three times it becomes an expectation. It's totally fine to help people out who you like. Once in a while. And especially if they do similar things for you. But don't become anyone's chauffeur or personal butler. The road to beta lies that way, and offers nothing but frustration and exploitation.

The answer depends on if you think penis size is correlated or ancillary to being in the top 20%. If members of the top 20% are a totally random sample of the male population with regards to size the number should be the same. If penile length is correlated with Alpha status either directly (size queens) or indirectly(correlated with height, confidence, status, some metric of health or masculinity) then the average you're concerned with is likely to be much higher. The highest average possible (…

The fact that we are in the position where we need to clarify that is a problem, because it shows that the word rape has lost a lot of its power. I like Rand. She wasn't the greatest philosopher on a technical level (disliked debate, asserted rather than explained, etc.) but she had some valuable insights on ethics. Her evaluation of evil and powerlust is spot on, and her novels 'The Fountainhead' and ' Atlas Shrugged' are both good reads, if a bit wordy. True enough. Several reasons. From an evolutionary perspective, having sex and passing on our genes is the entire point of our existance. The sex drive is wired into our brains the same way our desire for food or water or social contact is. These drives can be misused, like eating junk food or conforming to group standards that hold you back to fit in with mediocre peers, but the urge to satisfy them productively is healthy. One reason we don't stress male evo-psych as much is because most men have a basic understanding of it. Men like beautiful women (young/healthy/good genes/fertile) and will sleep with as many of them as possible if given the opportunity. This is an urge we can resist obviously, and theoretically women's hypergamy can be curbed the same way men's promiscuity/polygyny can be curbed, but in modern society it's not. I'm not really at the age where I'm seriously considering marriage. I'm merely pointing out that marriage is largely to the benefit of the children, or at the very least a working relationship between the mother and father that is functionally if not legally a marriage. http://www.scienceofpeople.com/2013/07/body-language-of-attraction/ As to actual studies, you'll have to dig in more yourself, but this should be a good place to start.

A unicorn by definition doesn't exist. However, horses exist. If you know how to handle one you can ride it for a while and do most of the things you'd do with a unicorn. If you screw up you will get thrown on your ass. Zebra's also exist, but unlike horses you cannot tame one and no matter how you play it if you try to ride it you will get hurt. Saying that no woman is a unicorn is not the same as saying that all women are zebra's. You can find and tame a horse, and that's good enough. tl;dr A …

You can own it based on the belief that all productive work is meaningful and worthy of some respect. The guy working at McDonalds is at the bottom of the food chain, but he's working hard to support himself and his life style and not leeching off the rest of society. Has he likely made some mistakes in his life? Probably ( unless he/she is a teenager and not yet developed marketable skills). Should he aspire to more? Hell yes. But he's on the right track. In the same way we don't mock people wh…

TL;DR: SJW's are real, numerous and need to be dealt with as a serious hazard. The social justice warriors are the people rioting in the streets as a result of Trump's election, or at least the most militant among them. Usually the term refers to political activists who see the world in collectivist, neo-Marxist, racial and tribal terms who to some degree or another advocate PC causes such as language policing and actively shaming any and all who do not hold their beliefs. They categorize everyo…

Speak for yourself. Friday night with The Republic is amazing.Apology and Euthyro are also good. I'd also recommend Aristotle's Nicomachean Ethics as an interesting read. The Red Pill is knowledge of sexual strategy. What you intend to do with it is your business, MGTOW vs Plate Spinning, Life Mission vs Partying, all use RP truths to achieve different goals. Debate over which style you prefer is open game for TRP. We discuss, we advocate, we critique and refine, that's what these forums and com…

I don't think Plate management and hook ups are mutually exclusive, and are often best in Tandem. The benefits and costs of both systems are tied together and can complement one another. Hook-ups have a very small return on investment, with one lay per seduction. This allows for a certain amount of variety requires a large amount of time. Plates require more time commitment but bring the benefits of multiple lays per partner, and, as you progress through the tiers, other side benefits ( more sol…

True, but an artificial uterus can't sue you or cut you out of your child's life if it changes it's mind. No fuss, no muss.

I don't think anyone's actually endorsing the Blue Pill mentality. This post is essentially the male equivalent of 'Captain Save-a-ho'. Plenty of guys swallow the blue pill everyday and get screwed over, but instead of rejecting it they embrace it. It's like Plato's Allegory of the Cave, where the light of truth hurts the eyes of those who live in the dark, so they cling to the shadows and attack anyone who tries to drag them out of the darkness. In the end, enlightenment can't be forced, an you…

One of the worst parts of modern culture is how it turns important and great things into punishment. Our educational system turns kids off learning by giving them material they aren't interested in with crappy presentation. We make kids run laps and exercise as punishment, we make chores punishment, we make reading punishment, and then we wonder why they grow up to be fat, lazy and stupid. It's Pavlovian conditioning gone insane. The only way you can combat it is by reversing your conditioning (…

Dude, you just swallowed The Red Pill, which is designed to give you the tools to conquer everything in this game we call life. I know you were hurt in the past and didn't understand why, but now you do. Your suffering was a result of a lack of this knowledge. You can't change yesterday, but you can use today to shape tomorrow. Don't quit the game after you've finally learned how to play it.

People in general pursue what they perceive to be their best interests. If you consider this to be evil, so be it. I don't. Man is neither good nor evil, man is moral, man is malleable. This is not to say man is always successful in his pursuit of what he perceives to be good. Human beings are often short sighted, led astray by short term pleasure rather than long term fulfillment, following the cues of societal pressure rather than examining their own behavior. Stupidity, not malice, is our car…

Just make sure you're listening on your own device and service while at work. Some guy got busted a few days by his female boss for reading 'misogynistic literature' on the company dime.

Questions are for AskTRP, not the main page. Also, I'd recommend taking your picture down immediately as it has an uncensored version of your face, which could very well lead to doxxing, and a flood of SJW's indignantly coming after fresh blood. You're anonymous on the internet (aside from Hackers, Google and your local friendly NSA agent), don't throw that away.

/u/GayLubeOil is an avatar of Brodin famous amongst TRP for his crass and unapologetic delivery of Red Pill ideas. His username reflects both his tendency and desire to make his readers uncomfortable, (which I presume was a motivator for your question). It's also a reference to his role in making sure the you take the Red Pill in as deeply as possible (insert homoerotic joke here.)

I don't see anything wrong with adding a bit of nuance to our scales. Admittedly, I identify closely with the Sigma Male, but if I want to get laid I have to play by TRP rules. Lift, IDGAF, Ambition, owning my shit, Abundance mentality, Long Term Goals and Financial stability. I can't wave my hand and say "I'm a Sigma, not a Beta," and then pull women. I have to earn Sigma status the same way an Alpha has to earn his status. The difference between Sigma males and Alpha males is one of introversi…

Don't worry about it. Jim happens to be one of my favorite comedians so I recognized the skit. You can find most of his material on Youtube, and quite a bit of it is red pill aligned. Here's a link to the full relevant bit for anyone who wanted to hear it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pbvrGiL_s70

Last paragraph is ripped straight from Jim Jefferies. A quality source, no doubt, but in the future, please give credit where credit is due. "I've met slutty dwarves, I never met a stud dwarf... maybe amongst their own people, but never one that's crossed into our realm." -Jim Jefferies.

The element of TRP that amazes me the most is the sheer variety of posts. One day my feed will give me an article on "How to text girls" and the next day it'll give me a psuedo-marxist psuedo-capitalistic interpretation of socio-economic status and power politics. I fucking love this subreddit. On the content of your theory, I think that you (as many Marxists do, and forgive me for assuming you are if you aren't) place far too much focus on the importance of interclass struggle and the idea of a…
