I use it all the time, she thinks it's goofy but never has she ever taken it as me being condescending or anything negative.

A friend of mine had a good point. I think the burden of proof in the scenario would be to prove if by publishing this video, she had intent to incite violence. I feel that wouldn't be easy so sadly, people like this keep running their mouths the way they do.

Well that's why I was asking, as I don't know. Obviously you're free to say stupid stuff. I just didn't know if someone acted on your words, if it would be something you could get in trouble for if they explicitly stated that your words were why they acted.

An argument COULD be made that even satire has a limit. Say she makes a YouTube channel making fun of feminism by being an extreme example (what this supposedly is) and someone who may already BE a radical feminist, happens across it and decides it is inspiration to begin a killing spree. They are caught, arrested and put on trial. During said trail she directly credits this specific person as the inspiration and instigation to her crimes. Is that not inviting violence?
