My comment was about better life in Western countries. Housing / cost of life and bunch of other crisises won't really encourage to live there. I saw a reverse episode on IT conference. All restrooms were labeled 'for everyone', but it was obvious that it was made to avoid bigger queues in men's toilet. This should be solved by architects in the first place to maintain same bandwidth for men and women. Maybe even with third, dynamic restroom.
