13	Can men be oppressed? Im 40, straight male, I have done hair in salons for 20+ years. I have experienced a difference in treatment from peers to management/owners etc. I'm always the one tasked with taking out garbage, replacing lights etc. Some of it is gender role and now I've been doing it so long this way I'm used to/programmed to do so.
