First, I think its presumptuous to assume just because it is men the task is completed in a logical and timely manner. You could have an asshat dude who doesn't know what to do and freeloads. I believe I was responding to the argument that sex hormones affect men and women, thus resulting in two different mindsets. So we're talking about testosterone and estrogen then, yes? I agree testosterone and estrogen affect the human mind thus creating some variation in how each gwnder operates, I would argue some of this variation is social conditioning, but nonetheless let's assume testosterone and estrogen result in two different functionalities: namely men and women. Humans have the same reasoning. The same hate that happens here is mimicked by other women with the same reasons. Ex.
