I say this with full sincerity and seriousness but, Nietzsche talked about this. He believed that as traditional social structures and gender roles broke down, everyone would eventually have to redefine themselves. I haven't watched many videos about it but the ones I have watched (mostly by Fif Badaki) did a really good job of reflecting exactly how I felt on the subject and how it's really a bad thing for both men and women. Don't date. Focus on yourself, goals, mental health and strive towards something youve always dreamed about. Once you get your life together, wait until your in your 30s and date someone a little younger.
