Spoken like someone who hasn’t experienced abundance mentality yet. Which isn’t a bad thing. When I was in my early early 20s I couldn’t dream of having the options I’ve had later in life. Idk your age, but I’m 32 and been there, done that. Most older guys will agree living the app life is a waste of time/energy/money.

Ya know, this community used to be mainly about bettering yourself overall as a man. Developing fulfilling hobbies, a purpose, etc. Having a good sex life is certainly a part of that, sure. But going for weekly sex with randoms off apps is just not gonna take you anywhere meaningful. 95% of the girls you meet on apps are pretty low quality. This is simply a route to having your balls, wallet, and soul sucked dry leaving you not only unfulfilled, but also getting some massive post-nut clarity tha…

There’s really nothing ground breaking going on here. You guys dated for SEVEN fucking years. The first long term relationship I had took me like 3 months to get my shit together and start dating again. And that was like a 2 year relationship. This girl is obviously not over you and started “dating” some new guy within ONE month to fill the void you left. Some people can’t handle the pain of a breakup so they latch onto whatever else is there. She knows this new guy is just for the sake of recov…

See man, you’re doing all the right things. But go to the gym more than 3x weekly. I’d say at least 5. If you don’t want to lift all 5 days, at least get some really good cardio/core workouts in. Focus on the job more and more. try out some new hobbies that you genuinely enjoy, not necessarily ones that cost a lot.

You care way too much about level 1. I can see your thirst through the Reddit app. Chill the fuck out. The beautiful thing about TRP and life is that you can choose to approach it however the hell you want. Come back to level 1 later. Focus on the career level. Focus on the fitness level. Sex will come when you get your house in order, bruh.

Becoming a physically/mentally attractive man who gets laid is just level 1. OP made this post to remind you that the levels beyond are far more important in the long run.

I came to this sub in search of “how to get laid.” In the past 7-8 years I’ve learned quite a lot about myself, life, what I want/need, and how to improve myself in so many ways. Yes I did answer the question that brought me here, but my focus goes far beyond women and sex now. So ya, absolutely, sex is just scratching the surface.

I’ve been trying to get back into cardio lately. Basketball is my go to, the downside is you occasionally get hurt (rolled my ankle pretty good 2 months ago). So now I’m getting back into it. How often do you do cardio per week ?

Well to start, I wouldn’t have, “whispered in her ear what she wants.” This was his mistake here. Women want a man who leads and knows what he wants. I would have kept fingering her until she came or was horny enough to say “fuck me.” Then I’d grab a Trojan and go to town.

Gotta agree with this one. Everyone here seems to be saying “lol just eat her out dude.” This is a tinder ho who came over to his place on a first date. In other words, she’s easy. In other words, that pussy has seen its share of dicks. Do you really wanna put your face and mouth on a slutty girls pussy when you have no idea where it’s been ?

Your SMV only goes higher and higher after college, assuming you take care of yourself and work on your career/physique/social skills/ etc. I’m 27 and the last 2 years have gotten more pussy than the first 25 years combined. You’re worrying about the wrong things right now. It will come my dude.

I think it’s happened to most of the fellas here, myself included. The nature of man is typically that we have to learn from our mistakes. Sure, an inexperienced guy could read this thread and never make these mistakes himself. But that’s highly unlikely, most of us have to live through it the hard way. The best of us truly learn from this kind of experience and go on to have truly fulfilling relationships (hopefully).

Yes exactly. I’ll reiterate your point, the goal isn’t to be a text buddy at all. The goal is to let her know you’re still interested. If you fuck a girl and don’t speak to her for weeks, the only impression you give her is that it was just a ONS. I’ll text my plates a couple times throughout the day or just wait till the end of the day to text them.
/r/askTRP23/08/20 07:18 AM
5

In my experience this only happens if I don’t keep rapport going after the sex. Sometimes I’ll just forget to keep texting a girl after we hook up or I’m busy and focused on other girls. So I’ll hit them up like 1-2 weeks later and I feel like they’re just salty with me and it goes sideways. However, if I keep talking to them right after the hook up they know I’m more interested and it sticks.
/r/askTRP22/08/20 02:59 PM

But if you’re being realistic, 90% of those girls won’t come back like that. Cast a wide net, ask a girl out once, if it don’t work, ask again in a week or two just in case she had a legit reason to say no. Just have low expectations and don’t ever stress about having to move on to the next one.

Patrice always talked about how much he liked to get some strange. On the Black Philip show he’d talk about his LTR all the time but NEVER did he mention her fuckin other dudes. I have no idea which podcasts you’re referencing but I’m sure he was speaking about open relationships where both parties are having sex with multiple people. This idea is widely accepted in TRP. You can’t give a shit about what your plates do when you’re not around. You can’t control it, and you’re doing the same stuff …

This is really the only comment this dude needs to read. At the end of the day we all know the hurdles we have to jump. And there’s no magical advice to help you jump, the only way is to just will yourself to do it.

Been in a similar situation myself, although I was able to do my labrum surgery after my student exchange. Yes it’s a long recovery but yes it’s also worth it in the long run. I’m 3 years out of the procedure almost and have gotten stronger than I’ve ever been in my life. You can still lift legs, so go get you some tree trunks. It’s a tough lesson in patience that will pay off. I’m not gonna lie though, I wasn’t slaying pussy at all during my recovery. Just buckled down, focused on school and se…

This. Very childish for OP to be so concerned about this. It's much more useful to work on yourself than your text game.
/r/seduction22/09/17 11:03 PM

This sounds very similar to my situation. I have a lot of internal angst and my weed habit is under control and I also meditate daily. Still though, I haven't been able to really shake that overthinking/overanalyzing mind frame. What worked for you ?

A nutritionist can have zero education. It's literally the equivalent of putting an apple seed in the dirt and saying you're a farmer. RDs are medical professionals with extensive knowledge of biochemistry and health science. It's a minimum of a bachelors and the push is for a masters degree now. Although there are some people who went through a legit degree program in nutrition but never got far enough to get the RD credential. Then they'd just use that insubstantial title.

To be fair, any retard can call themselves a "nutritionist." It's a hollow self proclaimed title that doesn't require any credentials. The credible people are the RDs - Registered Dietitians. I know this because I'm studying to become one and it ain't easy.... And there's too much ignorance about "nutritionists" and RDs. Had to clear that up. Carry on.

Been meditating fairly consistently for 2 years now. I try to do it every single day of my life and most months I go about 5 days without doing it probably. I think it helps a shit ton. All those nerves you get around women become much more easy to handle. Meditation really allows you to connect with your body and learn how it works. For example, through mindfulness I know what my nervous habits are. We all know that guy who sits down and literally won't stop shaking his legs frantically. It's a…

If I were you bro, I'd own those scars. They're a part of you and there's no avoiding it's existence. As soon as you avoid it you're vulnerable to assholes who want to hurt you for it. I hope you watch Game of Thrones to catch this reference: Tyrion (the midget "dwarf") is talking to Jon Snow (the bastard child). He tells him to never forget what you are. To wear it like a shield of armor. Although I've never experienced what it's like to be in your situation, I would try to own it. Hell, you co…

I mean generally speaking, yeah I totally agree with the others here saying it's expected that the man leads. It's what I've grown to accept. But after a few dates, you should be getting to feel her out more and if she's actually into you, she WILL try to see you more. She won't ask you out or anything but she'll ask what you're doing and hint at wanting to see you. It does seem like she's interested in continuing to see you since you said she texts you. Sack up bro. You gotta play the leader wi…

I'll second that (well probably a lot more than seconds at this point, look at all the comments). I really commend and respect the move you made with this girl. Clearly you are a dude who has learned a lot from past relationships and values the trust and integrity of partners. I'd like to shake your hand, really.

Girls crave validation and unfortunately, social media is like the crack cocaine of validation. Once you get a little bit, you need more. A couple likes is all it takes to get a woman hooked. They know that men oogle all over their pics and they love the attention that comes from that. It's probably also a bit of a popularity thing like others have mentioned, but I think it's mainly the seeking of validation.

a man never talks about his feelings or asks for sex/kisses, a man takes what he wants What? Are we still in the 50s where the strong and silent stoic type are what's normal? Dude, talking to women is how you form connections. And sometimes taking what you want in regards to sex doesn't work out. There's a thing called rape. I like most of this but it seems you still have the traditional mindset of a male role.

Hey no problem dude, I'm glad you took my comment to heart. I'm one of those guys who believes in the "leave them better off than you found them" motto, and I like to think that's how game should be taught. At first glance I thought you were the type to use women, but that's just an initial judgment (those are usually wrong). It seems like you got a good head on your shoulders and you don't need much help with this kind of stuff, so get out there and have fun me amigo!

To be completely honest, it sounds like you spend a lot of your time here on this sub and probably TheRedPill, and you might be over thinking this stuff. This girl could have been amazing and perfect for you but you're choosing to focus on "DLV's" from your first night with her. She could have been nervous or excited to be with you but you're putting yourself above her because she wants you to lead the interaction? Bro, have you been on dates before, women almost always want (and expect) the man…

Sometimes girls just need a little space. If she's actually into you and values your relationship, she WILL come back after a while. You know the saying, "time heals all wounds." If she doesn't come back then she never valued you and she's not someone you should worry about keeping around or being on good terms with.

I came to this community at age 20, a virgin. I studied up on some of the concepts but was still pretty scared to actually go out into the world to practice. Then I got a job in retail where I had to deal with people all day, and more importantly, hot women were always coming in. The first month working there I met a beautiful blonde who eventually ripped my V card to shreds. It didn't last long unfortunately and since then I've met/dated/fooled around/slept with a handful of other women. Do I s…

Being a good listener is what really has increased my conversational success. It's not just about letting her speak but being engaged in what she's saying, and asking the right questions. What I mean by asking the right questions is that you shouldn't ask her stuff just for the sake of keeping the convo going, but you should really put some thought into your questions and then they should provoke thoughtful/interesting answers. If you can do this, then it's not hard to share parts of yourself th…

Pay attention to that narrative you create in your head. The one that puts you and her in all these ridiculous future scenarios like a perfect date, having sex, etc. All this does is put unnecessary and unrealistic expectations on her and the relationship. Expectations only lead to disappointments. This is where the outcome independence needs to come in, because as soon as you project those expectations on a girl, the faster you'll screw everything up. I mean come on, it's not fair to her. She d…
