That has happened to me many times. It's not the last time this is gonna happen to you bro. But here's the thing, who cares bro. Women don't fucking know what they want, so why take it personal? Whenever that happens you cut your losses, shake it off (it gets easier trust me) and go talk to a different girl.

Bro there's way harder things in life than dating. Remove your ego from it all. Nothing about dating is rational, therefore you shouldn't take it personal.

Either way you slice it, it's still porn, it's still unrealistic camera angles and sex positions, it's still pixels on a screen activating neurons in your brain. It's a drug addiction. If you know you are straight then whatever behavior you exhibit from this addiction shouldn't be relevant.

CoachGreg, BetterBachelor, Donovan Sharpe, and Alexander Grace if you're more sensible like me. I take everything I learn from these men with a grain of salt.

He definitely doesn't lift but he's more of an artist anyway. Why would he be sad? Dudes got a family and gets to repeat what he said in his book over and over for a living in his old age. Sounds like a dream to me.

Rian is a clown and his energy just exudes that he's a guy who loves to sniff his own farts. And like you said there is literally no reason to denigrate BetterBachelor unless you're an insecure weakling.

The sexual racism is real against Indian and Asian dudes. But honestly they do put white women on a pedestal. I've had to explain to them many times that white women are overrated.

FDS gets one thing right. Dick really is abundant and low in value. There is no end to the simps and captain save-a-hoes who enable the darker sides of female nature.

Very true. This behavior just taints mgtow. Weak behavior like this that comes from early stages of red pilling where we care what people think. A true IDGAF mgtow doesn't need to flex, we just fix our lives accordingly and let people find out for themselves what we are about.

Does it really take 6 months to heal from death grip? I think that's what I have. I can still get it up for sex and stay hard even after busting. But I have noticed that sex doesn't feel as good anymore and I have to concentrate really hard to nut now, sometimes it doesn't even happen. I have no issue orgasming during masturbation though. This shit sucks and I hope it doesn't take that long to heal.

This is absolutely true. Whenever I have to run for groceries I have a set list and on the way in I'm already planning the path I'm gonna take in the store for efficiency. Whenever I go with my sister we spend at least an hour in there looking at random shit.

The thing is that all of the replies I read weren't even misogynistic or toxic. Just men hurting that they developed a bond with the children and also so many cases infidelity. Regardless of my opinion that raising another man's child is cuckold shit, I could empathize with their pain for a bit.

Also, everyone should read about the white feather campaign during World War I. Suffragettes went around putting white feathers on men who weren't in uniform as a signal that they were cowards for not enlisting to become cannon fodder. Where was the equality then?

It's a process, meaning it's a lot of work. What is working for me so far is taking some time to be by myself, that means little to no sexual connection with girls, and a more time searching for other men with similar goals in life. Basically monk mode. During this period it's important to ask yourself a lot of questions. Am I really worse off right now than when I was having regular sex with women? Are my friends contributing to my life? Do I really need a romantic partner to complete my life? …

Hmm defending Amy Shumer and using Pete Davidson as an example? You sure you're not the SJW? And the difference with Davidson is that he's making fun of his own pain. It's at his own expense. You must be one of those knuckle draggers who thinks the gold standard of comedy is being tactlessly offensive. No wonder you're defending Schumer. That joke was still super unfunny. So just say that then. "Man up" is also used by tradcucks and feminists to shut men up and put them down. Not everyone can deal with things entering their frame all the time. Rock and iron alike are tough but inevitably weather. This guy did the right thing by seeking consolation from people who understand. Telling him to man up does nothing.

Seek groups in your area of men with PTSD. You're in for a rough ride my bro. It's going to take a while to forgive yourself but you will get there. As an outsider looking in, the only thing I can criticize you for is being negligent and driving 80 mph in dangerous conditions. But really I am guilty of the same things. I can also tell you that you did a fucking great job at resolving the situation and I'm sure the reason your girlfriend isn't so affected by it is because you were strong for her.…

People also ignore that bonobos only have a matriarchy because they live in a utopia pretty much. If the Congo river ever dries up and the Chimps find the bonobos territories they would be quickly wiped out.

LTR's are hard yes. I believe as a man any LTR you have in your 20s is a learning experience. You're still getting a feel for properly vetting a partner, and exercising displays of higher value. Sure, let yourself catch some of those feels for the girl. The pain you feel from the LTR's when they inevitably become difficult is like grinding away at a steel sword.

try embracing the present moment. If you can't be happy with what you have now, happiness will always elude you. Because this pattern of thinking traps you in the cycle of never embracing the satisfaction of an achievement. Everytime you achieve something the novelty of it will wear off and you will soon start thinking of something else. And it is often not an upgrade

/r/askTRP28/09/19 04:09 PM

I'm sorry, do you know him? Because you're assuming a lot of things here. I could simply conclude that you're projecting a lot here and he's very likely more confident and abundant than you are.

He may be beta, but he ain't no bitch. He knew how to fence before LoTR, carried a real steel sword during filming, and deflected a real knife. Speaks more than two languages. When you're that much of an extraordinary man, you can get away with doing whatever makes you happy, no matter how lame others perceive it to be.

Use lube and a fleshlight and you're fine. If you do it dry, there's a chance you'll ruin the sensitivity of your penis and be unable to enjoy real sex. Some people don't have this problem tho. Maybe if you have the problem of cumming too fast, having a less sensitive dick will help.

I am in no way affiliated with this youtube channel but I would highly recommend you check out Universal Man on youtube. He puts out so much good information and he has a great series called SexualSelfMasterySeries. There's also a lot of other great channels that talk about this on youtube. Best of luck, you're gonna need it. Overcoming porn addiction is harder than overcoming crack or heroin IMO.

OP could benefit from this advice, but I doubt he or others reading this will truly understand what it means to be connected with oneself and how powerful it is. Reading about this shit is one thing, but actually internalizing it is another. This shit takes TIME. And it's frustrating because there's no really clear way to know how well you're doing. This advice is gold but it's important to know, its a lifelong task. I would even say it's the most important test in a man's life.
/r/askTRP06/08/19 06:37 AM

Female chastity has been valued in nearly every society. This is not a mere coincidence. This is something deeply ingrained in humans and no amount of cultural shaming can make it go away. Women are the gatekeepers of sex, men are the gatekeepers of resources and commitment. A person, man or woman, who opens the gate for anyone has low value.
/r/MGTOW06/08/19 06:19 AM
6

It only lowers your value as a man if that's all you do. If you don't strive for wealth, power, or knowledge because you can't control your reptile brain when it wants to bust a nut, then yeah, I have no respect for those people.

I'm going to attack a different issue here. James Bond was never an accurate representation of masculinity. The man can do pretty much anything with what appears to be zero effort. They never show how many thousands of hours he spent training in combat, shooting targets, and practicing the fucking tango. Hollywood characters are ideas. Masculinity means being realistic.

Doesn't help that men have lost their rites of passage. Most men today are obese, or skinny fat, dadbodied. Men had to earn their attractiveness and worth through these rites of passage and hunting wild animals and defending the tribe from invaders usually left us looking muscular and fit. We were more in tune with our bodies and the environment.

Possibly a bit of both. But the first one is a real concern. All it takes is for one woman to be approached on a bad day and she can have your balls served to you on a platter.

Agreed with you. Betas are more important to societies and less weak than we think. Not every man has it in him to be a natural alpha. A natural alpha is mildly psychopathic (dark triad, 48 laws of power) something which cannot exist in every man for good reason. Most people use beta as a derogatory epithet, when they mean simp or cuck.
/r/MGTOW13/03/19 10:53 PM

I don't think the blame rests on the mothers, not all the time at least. There are plenty of fuckboys out there who are deceptive and immature, or leave at the first sign of difficulty in raising a child. There are many weak men, and in turn the women are weak. Weak men create hard times, it's a vicious cycle.

That never happens for the most part. And when it does it's reciprocated banter. We used to call these Haitians in our squad the Jigaboos but they found it hilarious and they called us Beaners. I called my Sergeant gringo and it just made him laugh. Nobody even cared. But one of them did get offended when I made fun of his religion. He just called me disrespectful and I stopped. She was speaking to another male Marine in my section and they were being kind of flirty so I made I joke about him being thirsty, which was absurd because he's a super Jesus geek. The joke was aimed at him but she took offense to it and she went and complained to her Staff NCO. Then I got an ass chewing a few hours later. Good times.

I was in an infantry unit for two years before they started letting females into infantry units. Never knew the fear of losing your rank and pay because of some butthurt cunts feelings until I was transferred to a wing unit. The camraderie was stronger in the infantry unit and getting to a wing unit i immediately knew I had to censor myself way more but I slipped up once. Luckily she wasn't a complete cunt and didn't want to press charges and only asked for an apology.

That's not the argument here. Women do serve and as far as I know, from Marine experience, they are taught rifle marksmanship and basic combat tactics. In the case that shit gets real, they can defend a FOB or base. The argument is whether they belong with infantry or special forces. When you're out in country you are as strong as your weakest link and taking females along would be way to much of a burden and probably end up getting more men killed.

I have been hitting the gym for a few months now at least 3 times a week and i have been doing a modified Stronglifts 5x5 with deadlifts instead of rows. I still get the rows in but on the cable machines. I was doing SL 5x5 for a while last year as well but I went on a 6 month long backpacking trip and lost most of my progress during that. I do basically zero cardio. And at the end of every gym sesh I do 3 sets of 15 inclined crunches. Any critiques?

We've been led to believe that Alpha=good, Beta=bad. The true answer I've found is that Alpha and beta are just a spectrum for a multitude of attitudes and characteristics and something else that holds true for everything else in the universe, balance in all things. Extremes are never good, an extreme alpha ends up in prison and an extreme beta is a limp-dicked obese dude with man-tits in his mom's basement who's too afraid of the world to do anything with his life. Common misconception. Stoicism isn't about suppressing emotions. It's about using your emotions to live virtuously. It's about mentally preparing yourself for all external problems.
