Ray Peat wrote about this in Mind and Tissue. Soviet physiologists found Images are the primary way the human body orients itself in space. The reflex to respond to an image (whether pre-conscious or post-conscious) goes all the way down to individual organs, possibly even more discrete. Cellular energy cannot even be created without sunlight and its effects on cytochrome C oxidase. I'm excited to try visualizing the sun more, thank you. You could strengthen this by using actual chicken brooding…

Yoga is a system of postures for demon worship. This is its design and intention. What does a westerner hope to gain by interfacing with spirits entwined with Indian culture and history? Where is the deep blood connection? You may be better off with healthier, more ethnically grounded spiritual practices.

Right, don't bother perceiving things, just act... Stupid advice. That's just not how humans function in the world, never have, even the most alpha. Don't sit back and perceive without acting, sure. But don't act without perceiving. Let actions and perceptions inform each other: this is how you affect the world.

The post three weeks ago called False Stimuli hit on an important point that online dating gives the illusion of choice of all these girls, they're laid out right in front of you , smiling, ready to be picked out... until they don't match back. There's no avoiding a blow to your confidence when this happens, even if those girls might actually be receptive to you in real life (due to well-documented reasons on here about IRL approach being far more attractive) I also noticed more outcome independ…

Well said man. Whether or not Mao saw himself as the benevolent leader reconstructing his people for the better is irrelevant to his actual detrimental effects upon the world. By that same token, there were Roman generals who took power for no reason other than malevolent desire to see enemy cities burn, but in doing so improved their own country and lessened resource burdens on their people. If you see contemplation as the source of your morality/immorality you have no reason to do anything gre…

I find that overthought stuff about emotions on here, such as this, is best utilized by reading and then letting it sit and disperse for a while without applying it. If there are any core truths that apply to you, they will integrate into the back of your mind over time. If you go out and try to apply immediately you'll overthink it, probably fail, and junk the whole concept.

You could have too much cortisol, preventing that sexy testosterone from expressing itself as you'd like. If that's the case, adaptogens like Ashwaghanda will help you immensely

Nice, you could stand to add a hint towards "role playing" under playfulness, it's a powerful tool in the SMP belt.

I produce music with a much more focused purpose right after I finish lifting. I usually get my best track ideas while I'm doing pull-ups. I don't think there's any excuse to not work out...it can be pretty easy/quick if you find your natural inclination too.

Hmm, that is interesting, I didn't know much about tribalism in Rome. I definitely didn't mean to say going back to a tribal society was acceptable, so my wording was a mistake. I meant that aspects of the tribal worldview are OK, but considering the vital short term vs. long term difference you pointed out I now see how many of those would be flawed at a societal level (where regressing at this point is not an option). I still believe that individual human beings could regress their personal, o…

The leftist politico-media complex has completely subsumed the oppressed and downtrodden and weaponized their voices to globalist ends. The 'rebellions' of today are just another tool in the establishment arsenal.

I don't think making people regress into a primitive state is their goal. Primitive peoples knew the importance of natural law and hierarchy, and acted out of practicality both at the personal and societal level. Their adherence to nature was the opposite of the thought-guided technocracy we have today.

RP truths can also be learned through experience or strong culture without ever going on reddit. Nobody has an excuse for not learning to be a man.

Depends on the hair color IMO. Good head of blonde hair on a woman = automatic femininity, so blondes can get away with tank/top jeans more easily.

Profit>morality. Yes but our morality influences their profits. Self-actualized RP men know not to consume all the junk products and overpriced entertainment being sold today. Therefore morality can be a big issue for those in power

But not the massive population of Americans popping SSRI' antidepressants, benzos, and other anxiolytic pills, right? Just the big bad marijuana plant ruining our gene pool?

This coincides perfectly with the new sticky on the epicurianism sub. I highly recommend that reddit for any red pillers looking to discuss this philosophy of educated self-control. Very effective post - it's always motivating to see red pill truths put into a more personal light.

Yes that is true, but generally getting into "harder things" is the step after legitimate addiction to multiple mild drugs. Not smoking 3 times. I was just a bit confused when you made that jump.

smoked weed 3 times (experimented with drugs more than once...another red flag) Ok, that judgement is misplaced and honestly quite strange. Smoking weed 3 TIMES is a red flag??? You wouldn't give daily caffeine dependency a second glance, but less than a handful of tokes somehow equates to having personal issues?

I was doing it every day. It was pure escapism disguised as pursuit of spirituality. Nothing whatsoever wrong with hiking and getting high, but everything should be done in moderation.

If you are already on an overly "spiritual" path (meditating a lot, smoking weed, etc) LSD can be the perfect wake-up call, and actually bring you back to concrete reality. I would still be doing nothing with my teenage years except hiking and getting high, if it wasn't for taking 750ug of LSD. I'd also like to add that you are way oversimplifying the psychedelic experience, like others have said.

Good point. I suppose I was pigeonholing "society" into some sort of entity.

Society does re-enforce this concept, but that's because it's a natural part of a woman's psyche to be more attracted to a man who is confident enough to make the first move. You can't blame it all on society.
