Lost 60lbs doing keto myself and still going. Got full Olympic gym and a Nordictrac FS7i in my garage. Will be 100% debt free by the end of the year. 2020 may be a shit year but I'm making the best of it.

You have a very narrow limited view of the world. There's always things people know, including yourself that could better their life but they don't live by. Doesn't mean they don't know it. Just means they don't live by it. If I had thought like you, who knows where I'd be. You should take knowledge for what it means to you and not how someone teaching it lives by it. Otherwise you could really do yourself a disservice by dismissing good info because of how you judge someone.

Well that "fraud" gave me and many others knowledge that saved their life. I was suicidal and addicted to cocaine. Thanks to him, I'm not. People can have flaws, not be a fraud and have a lot to offer the world.
