87	I think I prefer this version Imagine a world where parents taught their children the differences between respect and courtesy. Real respect must be earned. Given respect can be disingenuous but it's always worthless and rather misleading even if well-intentioned. Being the best at anything will always be a higher achievement than merely showing up. 2	Isn't it ironic that the physical standards to become a police officer are lower for women than men. That's equality for you. It's only equal when less is expected of the woman. a 30 yr old woman = a 50 year old man. The irony is that if we're really created equal, then equality should not need to be an objective.
