Not sure. Maybe nothing, maybe a fine, maybe jail time. I think it all depends on if he's allowed to own a gun or had priors, what state he's in, or how law enforcement and/or the judicial system chose to handle it.

I was disappointed in the level of ass beating we were able to witness, but hopeful more happened off camera.

She had a chance to finish the job after first knocking him down and luckily chose not to do it. That said, he would have been justified in killing her if he pulled out a gun and shot her through the windshield while he was on the ground.

Be the change you want to see. Go do some side work and then give money to the homeless. In all likelihood, to them, you are wealthy.

I think most people look back at the history of women's suffrage believing most women wanted the right to vote, which isn't accurate. With the right to vote, came mandatory entry into the draft, and compulsory fire service. Only after congress made special rules for women excluding them from the responsibilities of every man, were they able to vote.

The timing makes sense. Men were sent off to die, who else would vote? Faced with a shortage of troops at the onset of war, Wilson ordered a draft for all men between 21 and 30 years old. Ten million men registered and 2.7 million were drafted. By the end of the war, over 4 million men had served in the Army, and 800,000 more had served in other military service branches. The millions of missing men left gaping holes in American industry at a time when the country couldn’t risk a hit to producti…

Women were given the right to vote only because they were excluded from the draft. Seems to me that this sentiment is a century late.

Yes, the reason women didn't get the right to vote for so long was because it required an automatic entry into the draft. Only after women were excluded from the draft people thought it was a good idea for women to be allowed to vote. This fact isn't often written into the history books.

Women avoided the most brutal wars, and they wouldn't be put on the front lines in today's wars, so im not surprised they aren't complaining.

Go ahead, keep on playing the victim. America LOVES a victim (It just won't get you very far in life)
/r/MensRights10/10/19 04:52 PM

I have too much respect for women to entertain feminism ideology. Feminism starts with "I am a victim of the patriarchy. I am oppressed by men." That kind of self victimization may create a community to make them feel better about themselves within an echo chamber at an individual level, but it hurts everyone, including women, in the big picture. Feminism is weakness.
/r/MensRights05/10/19 04:43 PM

Most women want strong, competent, well put together men. This is really not revolutionary stuff. It's just a crap article. Example: 2) For this reason, no woman other than your mother (or grandmother—maybe aunt?) will ever love you unconditionally. That's just some cringy shit right there. The same could be said of any man.
/r/MensRights30/09/19 10:37 PM

You are a perfect example for why feminism is bad. Instead of men and woman coming together with the understanding our sex makes us different, which is a beautiful and natural thing. Feminism has pushed you into a corner. It's made you feel like it's us vs them. What I'm reading from you is an obvious backlash to feminism. it's somebody who is pissed off at biology. Exactly the same as a feminist. It's sad, in my opinion, but I do hope for the best for you.

But men should still strive to be physically stronger, and aim to be as Alpha as possible You should take your own advice, because everything about this is "beta" as fuck

HOLD UP. I disagree. Most of them wouldn't have the physical strength to pull this off. Men are also more likely to take these heroic risks. Women more likely would have put the other people in danger. I think men are awesome for these reasons. It doesn't have to mean women are lame.

Yes. The point is, just because someone is a victim, it doesn't absolve them from responsibly for their actions. Brock obviously should have stopped when he realized she passed out. Nobody really knows the exact timeline of events because everyone involved was drunk. Bottom line, this Brock Turner thing has been obviously blown out of proportion and I'm just tired of hearing about it.
/r/PussyPassDenied04/06/19 11:07 PM

It's both of their faults. It's like if a white guy walked through a poor black neighborhood yelling "I hate niggers!". If someone seriously injured or murdered the white guy, I wouldn't be surprised. I'd blame the white guy for putting himself in that situation. But the white guy would still be the victim.
/r/PussyPassDenied04/06/19 10:24 PM
1

People need to be accountable for actions. We can't treat men as adults, and women as children in these situations. He didn't manhandle her. He didn't force her. He walked with her. Oh you don't want to make out with some dude behind a dumpster? Well don't drink to the point where you could be convinced that doing such would be a good idea.
/r/PussyPassDenied04/06/19 10:16 PM
1

No, it's not. However, he didn't caveman drag her by the hair behind the dumpster. From all accounts, they walked back there together, right? If both were drunk, neither can consent. Is that right?
/r/PussyPassDenied04/06/19 10:06 PM
1

Not really. I don't even think that makes sense. I've always been drunk just before I passed out.
/r/PussyPassDenied04/06/19 09:50 PM
2

I don't know. Some people black out. Some people puke. Some people pass out. Alcohol affects people differently. They were both very drunk, that's for sure.
/r/PussyPassDenied04/06/19 09:44 PM
1

It's entirely possible he was just as drunk, or more drunk, than the female who was involved.

My opinion is abortion is a net positive for society. You can have the opinion that abortion is bad. You can even believe it's "murder." That's fine. But it's not okay for you to impose your beliefs on others. I bet you're a religious man, correct? I'll also bet your religion is a driving force to form your opinion. Keep your religion out of politics. Separation of church and state, homey.

Yeah...The point is fewer women pursue math because fewer women take an interest in math. This isn't even debatable. There have been numerous studies showing men are predisposed to be better at math (and science) fields at a biological level.
