As an intellectual exercise, yes. As a practical matter, it's impossible to know if someone is saved if you're not discipling them and seeing fruit flow from their lives. An updated official statement has been released which is 15 pages. The TL;DR is that Rollo invited a news reporter to a private gathering along with a few other minor infractions. I will await Rollo's response to this official statement before casting any judgment on the matter, as I encourage others to do as well.

There's a link floating around this page in the comments section. In short, it was for Rollo committing private conduct that was irreconcilable in regard to his future conduct with the 21 convention. The top 3 speculations are that he impersonated someone's online identity, that he tried to conspire to make someone look bad, that he fed a down syndrome kid's pet goldfish to an alligator.
