I just explained why there is the dip in male votes. This is a completely different poll compared to normal polls, it's a tracking poll (ie same pool of people every week). The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is donating $50 million to fund the circumcision of 650,000 African men. $50 million divided by 650,000 = $76.92 Does it seriously cost $76.92 to circumcise someone in Africa?
