The video pretty much talks about not falling to far into your comfort zone while dating someone. Ask yourself these 3 questions if you think you’re becoming needy...1. Am I still doing things for myself? 2. Is my life based around her life? 3. Am I improving or deterring as a person? It’s important not to lose yourself by falling deep into the comforts of a relationship, maintain your friendships and health.

At the very least be done with the crazy logic that basic tasks are gender specific. People are arguing that it's the natural way of things, so just deal with it. Which is kinda funny when literally everything we think and do is because we've been conditioned that way since childhood and has nothing to do with any natural processes. Saying it's the natural way of things works when explaining why your dogs chewing on shit. Not so much for why societies the way it is.

I need to fix my sleeping problems, ever since I worked an over night job I've been fucked when it comes to sleep. It thought me how to ignore my tiredness in a way I could still handle a lot of demanding work (I was a chef at a hotel). Before then I never stayed up all night, not even as a teen. I never saw the point to it and couldn't stay up past 3 if I tried, I was always ridiculed by friends for it. But now that's all changed for the worst, I've taken every vitamin and pill but nothing works…

Why don't you buy it? Your argument is exactly what the article is trying to get across, did you even read it? It isn't about making suffering go away or changing what it is in any way. Its about becoming more capable or aware so that the suffering cant hit you as hard, so in turn you suffer less. But there isn't less suffering.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
