Do you have brain fog even when you're outside? Mine sort of disappears when I'm out in the open with fresh air. Not only does it go away, but I feel so much fresher, happier and a better version of myself.

Nah, I usually wing it which is probably why it's going to shit most of the time. I guess a weekly schedule might be preferred, as both my hockey and DJ sessions may vary from week-to-week. But still, it feels like I'm short on time. I don't want to stress just so I can fit everything in to my schedule.
