I would suggest to you some reading materials like Letting Go from David Hawkins and The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer (this one just got quoted elsewhere in your post), also Joe Dispenza Interviews and Meditations, but the knowledge would only be effective if you apply it day after day without getting back to your old self.

Your analogy is bad, not everyone can be an Alpha, this is highly related to your 1.Genetics and 2.Upbringing You can always work to become better but attaining the rank of Alpha is not accessible to everyone.

Honestly i won't blame him into that maybe he just didn't knew, the problem with my beta nice guy father is that he projected his self hate into me because i was the only male among my siblings, i ended up myself as a nice guy, but with an inferiority complex and shame.

Not really. I mean most women are attracted to TRP men, but are not even conscious about it. If a woman get introduced to books like TRM or the Game, she may think what creepy assholes we are, but if a guy applies it on her she will get arroused. At the same time many 'Simps' that reject TRP and its principles are applying it better that some angry guys from here, because for them it's natural.
