That's the point I try to make when I'm accused of derailing. It's like acknowledging the existence of the other gender or the ways in which issues might be linked is paramount to saying that one gender's issues don't matter. What I've come to realize is that the people others are most intent as painting as villains are usually the ones in the right. There would be no need for such vitriol against the MRM, or even individuals such as Warren Farrell, unless these ideas challenged powerful interests.
