Smart recommendation to never be alone when an individual can have the potential to manipulate/assault you. If “men of god” or family members can molest children and vulnerable individuals, it makes it difficult to feel safe no matter where you are.

I’m not familiar with the feminist movements of the UK or Europe. What I do know is that it’s better to learn from the past and find solutions. There is nothing wrong with accountability. Yet if you keep perpetuating that men never helped then it doesn’t really convince your opposition to change. If anything it disparages male allies and keeps others from learning how men helped and can continue to help. Then men just flock harder to male influencers that are saying misogynist talking points as …

Nope. It takes two to tango and she is on her 3rd husband from what I’ve been told. In the aftermath you realize how your life improves, not “fought harder” for someone who no longer wants you.

Getting us off fossil fuels and putting away rapists for life would be a net positive too. Sadly our world doesn’t want to work of practicality. It just create a different environment to be taken advantage off by dating companies like currently existing match makers

Would it really? You got to remember people isolated for quite some time during Covid. A lot of people are living paycheck to paycheck (60% Americans) where they work, go home, sleep and repeat.

Ehh, majority of dating through history was through communities where family and friends try to play matchmaker. Now we have no community or “third places”. So all that would happen is an increase in harassment as women would be heavily bombarded whenever they went out in public.

Yea……when your dad rules the household with fear…you just try your best to not get kicked out in the middle of a snowstorm like my sister was… don’t matter if it’s middle, junior or high school. Some folks don’t rebel as you didn’t want to be beat when the oppressor is stronger than yourself…you can form your own values, you just have to hide them if they aren’t helping you meet the requirements your dictator father demands or approves of.

I understand that, I only mentioned it to show a level of discipline and I’m not financially illiterate. I should have stated that instead. Thank you for your input.

How am I able to show what I bring to the table if I’m not even offered the opportunity to sit down at the table? I’ve done college, military service, own a home and 2 cars, have 2 dogs, multiple hobbies where some are productive/constructive and others support self-care. I work with mentally disabled individuals and support them in their special olympics games and enjoy my time with the one I care for. I support women’s rights and have volunteered for planned parenthood multiple times. I go to …

how you doin? Don’t let your dreams be dreams. Ask out a short man and express that preference. if us short guys were told that is a viable option then you would see us learning how to clean instead of trying to compete with guys in sports a foot taller than us. Friend: Yo bro, wanna go hit up the basketball court? Me: Fuck that, I got to learn how to get stains out of clothes and the proper ratio of bleach to water for cleaning floors!

Nah, they get themselves a trophy wife. Knock her up and then have nanny’s raise the kids while the wife needs to be focused on returning to her “pre-birth” body.

From what I’ve been told, women prefer men “on their level” with similar or the man having a bigger income. Men just assume they are out of your league if you are making 30,000+ more than them. Men who respect equality and women rights have no problem with a woman making more. House husbands should become more of a thing if a higher education woman is providing. It’s not got to happen very often though. Especially with this “bare minimum” talk.

Idk, humans make no sense. We seem to want what we don’t have the most. When women say they don’t want men hitting in them in public, which would be more likely to listen? Which is more likely to ignore a woman’s request and shoot their shot? Which one has the chance of getting a yes? I thought bumble was the answer but that wasn’t the case.

My partner is on disability and her money goes to meds. It most certainly is a thing. Is it as much as before? No. Shoot, a family now needs 2 incomes to provide for a child. She is Gen X and I’m Gen Y so maybe different generational norms.

Now moms dead and you’re in jail. Now the kids are either living with grandma or in the foster system. Good job 👍

I guess I better end my age gap relationship of 12 years 35m/51f It’s fun generalizing a gender! It’s even more fun when it’s not the gender you identify as!

The idea that an entire gender is a monolith that thinks one way is mostly a myth. I can’t speak for other men. I can’t speak about dating a successful woman as they weren’t interested in me. As a man who has been the more financially successful one, I just want to be loved and to love in return. Could care less about money and spend maybe $12 a month on myself. I prefer to be the submissive one but I keep getting put in the traditional male role so whatever. The important thing is loving someon…

I’m pretty sure that’s not why we are upset but men and women are not a monolith where we all think the same. Instead of observing “what guys seem to be” you could just….idk…ask us.

Some folks are ready to have kids at 20, others are ready at 38. If she had kids when she was younger then every kid would have been neglected. There are plenty of men In Their 50’s having kids with women in their 20-30’s. I really don’t understand why it’s selfish for her, or anyone, male or female to make decisions they think was best for them at that time. It’s not like she was fucking everything in sight to use a person’s resources. I mean the woman wasn’t even ready to put her partners need…

Self esteem needs to stop being the only sign of confidence. I use my actions instead of words to express who I am and will go above and beyond for anyone who shows me the smallest sliver of kindness. You want to small talk though? Uhhh ummmmm....nice shoes que anxiety rising .

Those men choose to put that amount of value on that individual and honestly I can’t imagine it being a love focused relationship. If I woman doesn’t value you then move on, there are 8billion people in this world. Not disagreeing with the general consensus that women hold value by nearly existing when men need to produce, just saying it is wrong. Your upbringing taught you men are not valuable and women are to be desired. I’m just some random dude telling you that you are valued just as highly …

Unattractive women definitely get a lot of chances. Ladies night exists for a reason, hell there are plenty of “unattractive” women on Only Fans making money. I won’t deny the bullying part, people put others down to make themselves feel better when they really just feel shitty about themselves so I’m sorry you experienced that, people are f’d up :(
