1	My wife (26F) and I (31M) have both decided that we’re ready to divorce, there is no recovering from things that have happened. She’s open to giving me 50/50 custody of our child, and mediation, i’d appreciate any feedback Get it agreed through mediation then breathe easy. Until then, I would prepare for the worst. 1	I filed for divorce. Wife retained an attorney. Am I dumb for not retaining? Do not leave that house. Put it on her. She’s got an attorney eh and that’s pretty clear now that she needs to leave. 1	It is what it is.. UPDATE : yup she’s moving in with ex husband and admitted she kissed him on her second trip to see him(and daughter-he paid for trip also) GOD this sux. I know I’ll be ok but to have her move to Denver and leave the kids. Ooof. Never thought that would happen given she’s got these huge feelings like she abandoned her other daughter. 2	It is what it is.. Wow man I feel that. I’m also similar situation. She’s said she wants to be happy, no shit we all do. 15 yr marriage. 4 kids oldest 16 youngest 7. I know I messed up years ago, we both cheated and came back together. We both said we wanted divorce before. All this over 8 yrs ago. We agreed to move forward together and put troubles in past.
