I think the key behind all of this is to get people to talk more about themselves when they get that sparkle in their eye. Otherwise these approaches may come off as prodding or interview-like. Like why this nigga keep asking me questions.

Same. I was a moron. The first time I got laid a girl flat out told me late one night she masturbated to a picture of me and I was like "oh" before I did anything. So lol... Ya I'm a moron. I primarily have been online dating for a few years. (I know it should be supplementary, but that's a different problem). Out of the 100+ phone numbers I have and the dozens of dates the hottest girl was the second one I dated. She came over to my apartment after dinner on a second date. I had all the chances…

The charming + mystique thing can work. Whether right or wrong I learned to be charming not to make the other person feel good, but moreso from noticing people's "I don't care anymore" body language. They nod off, look away or disinterested, forget what you just said, interrupt you, etc. After a while you learn to speak sparingly and not ramble unless you're telling a story. I've had friends tell me I was "a hype man" since I could get people to do things. I apply the same "hype" you can do it m…

Eh don't give them a reasonable answer. They don't fucking care about reasoning lol. Side story - I was out last weekend and my friend brought some of his co-workers. 2 girls that hit the wall were trying to give me advice (bullshit). Proceeded to tell me the guy should always pay for the first date. Even though they both said they make a lot of money. They justified it by saying they were "old school". This was a friendly environment and not a relationship so I just nodded along and continued t…

"Cutting losses while I can." Fuck I need to learn to do this with my stocks. Holding too many bags and then falling knife happens. Good for that guy though. He's not stuck in the sunk cost fallacy. "If he was into it, great. If not, then also great." Why you gotta be a habitual line stepper! Kids do this a lot. To see what they can get away with. It's like poking a bear. She tries so hard to rationalize it, but she crossed a line she knew she couldn't cross. She knew he was "traditional". Like …

What the hell do I get? Responsibility and liability. Responsible for the good and bad. At least in thinking this from a having kids standpoint. You get to lead / be a leader. I'm not a father, but I can see the satisfaction some may get by being the head of their family. Coaching a little league or some shit. Not everyone can be a leader of people like a president, prime minster, CEO, etc. Pretty much anyone without medical issues can start a family and be a leader. It's annoying when parents g…

Maybe it disgusts you, because you can never see yourself calling someone else your captain (solipsism)? If it disgusts you to call someone that then it should disgust them? I haven't really had a super close male friend since middle school. So for me to think of any male friends as a first mate would be hard. Might of lost my trust for men and women in this time. I would just think of any male in a first mate role and know they want to be captain of the ship. If I ever fuck up I'm gonna get thr…

I've similarly had some bad experiences when bringing up occupations. At times it's been my fault and I didn't realize it until later. Lots of layoffs and bringing that up on dates is depressing. When it's the girl it's usually been once with a Lawyer and a few different PhDs. The lawyer was just bum fucking stressed out. It was so depressing and hard to turn the mood of the conversation. The last girl I was with was a pharmacist. It was alright for a bit, but she had to travel a lot and she see…

The first one night stand from an online date I had was a feminist. I remember drunkenly talking about vans and saying I made fun of my buddy for having a rape van. She blushed and covered her face and was like "rape joke on a first date giggle". Few months later I see her post something about "rape jokes are never funny." I guess they aren't funny unless they are funny?

If a woman has 2 kids between 32 and 35. Then let's say her children don't decide to have any until they are 32-35 then she won't be able to be a loveable grandma until she is 70. If her body breaks down or she's the average American she won't necessarily be able to be much of a fun one by the time the grandbaby is able to do sports and stuff like that. With TRP being about self improvement - I at least plan to be nimble in my 70s barring cancer or anything unexpected. My parents had an empty ne…

It's interesting what girls tell you. Last Saturday - Me and my friend went to a taco joint. We find some seats across two 21 year old girls (Blonde and Brunette). Blonde says she wants to just put her face into the cake they have on display. I obviously heard this and initiated a bit of conversation. She said she couldn't get any cake because the drinks they had were dessert. A little later me and my friend get our food and the brunette starts hyping up how one of a "Brad" in their friend group…

IIRC her being a single mother didn't mean anything to him, because he wasn't trying to hit that right away. They were friends or something. Even when they started dating it low-key it gave her a reason to leave so he didn't have to keep her around all the time. He also used it against her when she would bitch about stuff. Basically saying that he had to look at someone else's spawn (baggage) from a different relationship and she's complaining about how he doesn't do XYZ. He had some joke where …

Yes and no. Overall result is more time lost. I think I'll be fine in another 2 days. I'm a noob boarder and after so 2 days of boarding I didn't realize how stiff legged I was. I wasn't bending my knees enough so I let all the load get to my lower back. My back was on fire for a few days. After a few days my back felt good enough to do non-back stuff. So I was able to get through a Push day fine and consecutively a Leg day fine. Then decided to do my normal deadlift day. Most of the pain was go…

Almost relevant I had a co-worker tell me about a machine shop owner that got divorced. Said the guys new wife was a mega babe. The dude apparently went to the Ukraine and had what I later googled to be a "Romance Tour". Cost him like $50k to have a personal harem for 1 month until he chose 1 girl. My coworker had told me he was shown photos and videos. I was a little baffled at the time - like I had heard of mail order brides and wasn't really sure they existed. Preferring No-make up is the male way of saying just be yourself. The human ego hates being tricked. The male doesn't want to be tricked into waking up in bed to Mary Jane Rottencrotch or showing up on a date to an ex-college athlete that played Center when you thought she was point gaurd. The female doesn't want to accidentally fuck Beta Bucks Brad Thundercuck cousin of Chad Thundercock or find out they bought a doormat.

General rule of thumb - Advice is always from the perspective of the person it it is coming from. For example - the whole get a wife and kids - I for one have avoided what half or more of my co-workers seem to have done "Get married and have kids by mid 20s". As I've noticed at least half of them are miserable or too busy to be miserable. This is not to say all of them are, but why would I take advice that may lead me to misery. You can always listen to advice, but only take it if it's applicabl…

It still happens here a lot. It's not really a big deal IMO if you don't know the person. Saying their SOs name would imply you knew that person. I think it hit me the most when a very high up person in my company (female) gave the most retarded speech ever. She had just gotten married to someone else at my company. She had to give one of those quarterly speeches. During it she said "Me and my husband" about 50 times. I also notice it with my co-workers. 1 guy refers to his wife as wife a lot. T…

Women view relationships the same way men view careers. You can even hear it when people talk about themselves. Female description: "I'm a mother, aunt, etc." I even notice when they talk about their relationships they more commonly referred to their "fiancé, husband, boyfriend" rather than the person's name (John, Brad, and Chad). Male description: "I'm an engineer, doctor, lawyer etc." or "I snowboard, play football, video games etc."

5 years in engineering + 5 years working in engineering. There's 1 girl I've met that may have been an 8.5 like a decade ago before she had 2 kids. Ignoring the kids she might be an 8 at her age, but lol unless STEM means biology... hot girls in engineering just don't really exist. The last cute intern I saw got pregnant and fat. Tinder and most dating sites in my opinion are washed up now. The hottest girl I've met from online dating was from Tinder 2 years ago. She was the second online date I ever had. I have memorized this exact phrase - I don't kiss and tell <ignore any attempt at follow up questions>. It's a good phrase to use when a girl tries to pry for information. I find girls do this a lot when they are in relationships already. They aren't really interested in you... There's a few ways to look at it. (PIO). Problems, issues, and opportunities. I personally don't view it as a "problem". I would say it's an issue that is ingrained in human nature. The issue being neither positive or negative. People like being apart of this and involved. People want to win and be a part of winning. If you look at it as an opportunity you can use it to your advantage.

So if a girl in public stares at you and doesn't look away is that a higher form of interest. Like a "come open me RIGHT now". I've had this happen twice in the past month or so. I'm 28 so maybe I'm not old enough to where more people around me think like that. I agree with you on the second part. Why are you lonely? Because all of your friends are in relationships. When intellect is all you possess you begin to overvalue it and undermine other values (such as fitness). For example - like going to college. Let's say you get "X" degree at "X" school. Let's say you have no sports accolades. No career yet. No other personal achievements. But then you think you are better because "x" is harder than "Y" degree or harder than "Z" school. To preserve ego you only compare yourself in a way that you are the winner.

You can get stronger without increasing muscle. Central nervous system mind/body connection can get better. Otherwise it wouldn't make sense that I can deadlift twice as much as I did 2 years ago and weigh a few lbs less. My perspective when I was a broke college student was 200k/yr was a lot for gaming. This is what the top SC2 players made 5 years ago iirc. Have you ever played competitive sports? If you have hopefully you can relate. I like basketball so I'll reference that. Maybe that time you missed the winning basket. Messed up on the last play. Missed 5 shots in a row so you stopped. You have to forget about all of that. There are plenty of motivational videos about athletes mentioning all of their failures before becoming successful. (Steph Curry - make that old after losing 3-1 in the finals). Sometimes you have to just keep shooting. You ca…

One frame of thought I've had recently is to look at things in terms of "Perspective" and "Value". From a peer perspective it may be a way to socialize and keep connections with friends that don't live nearby anymore. From a family perspective it is 99% null. From a female perspective it is 99% null. After this ask yourself from a personal perspective what value is this bringing me? Maybe some teamwork communication skills. It should be fun. Outside of peer connections any extra time investment …

My friend's ex-girlfriend was a girl I considered the most boring girl I have ever tried speaking to. Granted my conversations can be pretty "out there" in social settings. I remember I tried to joke about sex or something before and she was having none of it. She shut that shit down. Wasn't funny to her. Wasn't interesting. She didn't try to change the conversation. Her way of a conversation was asking you how you were and then contributing nothing. One of my other friends said he talked to her…

I've never taken a girl to a fancy schmancy restaurant as a date. I think that would signal "i got money", but who wants a good digger. Usually brunch, sushi, drinks at a bar with games (Jenga or some shit), improv show, comedy show, top golf, mini golf. Who invites a girl to an expensive restaurant on a first date. If it's not celebrating an anniversary or some shit we ain't going anywhere fancy.

Autists and super nerds will get paralysis by analysis. If that isn't you then great. Those people don't have the problem of mastering details, because they will analyze their failures. As a Sidenote - All of those rep ranges are usually within a % of your 1rep max. If you can do 15+ reps at X weight the weight you push/pull in the 8-15 should be a weight that you cannot do 15+ of. Generally - It is easier to add weight if you are doing less reps. I would suggest doing less reps if you can't do "10" at a certain weight. Then when you can do "10" add more weight again. I personally do compound lifts in reps of 5 and accessory lifts 6-10 range.

What this re-affirms to me is that you never want a girl who thinks she is better than you. It doesn't matter whether she is or is not better, but once she starts thinking that she is all the rationalization starts hitting. My point is - he has made an effort to demand respect. The fact is he did it as a fat and funny guy actor and that does not translate well. Posture / Voice / overall presence etc. can skew someone's perception of your actual height. In general people may also perceive you as taller if they put you in high regard. My grandmother (Filipina / Catholic) was a queen at shaming. My parents are religious, but not at the same level. One must learn to apply sunk cost fallacy to all family/close relationships. If you ever feel bitter towards your investment (time, money, love) then you are most likely giving up something you don't a lot to give. Hypothetically - If you "love" yourself enough then any excess "love" is available for others. If you are giving out your "love" with the expectation of it being replenished by someone else you will eventually run into a situation where it is not reciprocated.

My point wasn't to "not fight", but to not quit. You can expend the energy to do that if you want. All I'm saying is quiting doesn't get you anything. Unless you the side business makes you ineligible for unemployment.

Don't quit. Let them fire you. You don't get anything for quiting; whereas, unemployment is available if you get fired. I think... I don't know if it counts if you have a side business.

In regards to Bill Cosby - are you saying they waited decades to take him down at his peak??? Bill Cosby hadn't been big for at least a decade when all that stuff came out as far as I know. My observations lead me to believe that a girl's perspective - If you're average looking - means nothing. You aren't being judged, because you don't show up on the radar. Girls pay way more attention to other girls than they do guys. There's an inner need for them to validate and compare themselves to other females. There's been research done showing that an orgasm shows the same level of dopamine in the brain as taking heroine. Hypothesis - If you elicit these good feelings to a girl you can become her good feelings of "addiction". If you want workouts spoonfed to you pay a trainer that is there to make money or crossfit who is also in it to make money. I'd really only recommend this if you have anxiety trying new things. Makes sense, but that's not 7 days a week is it? I mean I was a military brat and I still saw my Dad when he was off... and he was drinking jack and coke and lounging not running 4 miles. In my head all I can think is "What about recovery." At least in context to my current lifestyle. Running 4 miles a few days of the week - doable. Trying to do that after a deadlifting or squat day sounds miserable. I've tried basketball after deadlifting day twice and both times were no bueno.
/r/TheRedPill15/02/16 05:03 PM

4 miles at 11 minutes pace doesn't seem that overdone if you're sedentary all day (office jerb).
/r/TheRedPill15/02/16 03:59 PM
4

That context makes sense. If I started trying to do 4 miles every day my lifts would suffer if I didn't adjust my diet. So contextually it sounds like a lot to me, because I'm peaking on my lifts from a bodyweight to lift ratio. The most cardio I usually do is maybe 20 minutes on a stairmaster and running a mile or 2 3 times a week or ~2-4 hours of pick-up basketball which I would consider a lot less than 4miles a day. Good for you. Keep it up.
/r/TheRedPill15/02/16 03:51 PM

The treadmill usually only tells me about ~100 calories for every mile. 900??? Yeah walking 4 miles doesn't seem bad. I'm digging in the weeds now... But sociopaths lack empathy and are also anti-social. Being able to impose your will is alpha. Being anti-social isn't very alpha if you consider leading being alpha. Not that sociopaths can't become leaders, but I only see them making their ways to the top of leadership when empathy is a disregarded trait... Like Hitler?? Feel free to tell me I'm full of shit. I was just trying to find a fallacy in "Sociopaths = Natural Alpha". "Sociopaths choose to impose their …

You never want to give all your "real thoughts" away to someone who's drinking too much of the kool-aid. Friends out of convenience sort of ends after college. I would agree that all or most of my friends are activity friends. Work friends. Basketball friends. Snowboarding friends. Improv friends. Sports Watching friends. When those activities end those friendships basically end. Stopped gaming and I only talk to 1 guy who I got to go snowboarding with me and another that moved in my area. This is after a decade of gaming way too much. If I quit any other activity those people involved are likely t…

Not that I have great text game - but I have far better success when I suggest a place and time rather than asking when they are available. Then again if they decline twice and don't give (alternate times) it's almost easier to just next. I have also grown accustomed to disliking MILFs. Not necessarily because they have a kid(s), but because they are never available. It's not annoying texting that leads to nothing.

I think it's the difference between discipline and motivation. Let's say a newbie starts on self Improvement to get a girlfriend. This is the motivation. Lifting as an example. If he was able to garner discipline in that time frame and he continues to lift more/heavier. His new girlfriend and most girls probably won't see any difference if he reaches a goal from benching sets of 205 to 225, but at that point he's doing it for himself and not a girls approval. This is discipline.

I came off pretty hard when they first told me. Basically said "This is your decision and your life. I don't want any part of the decision." I've had that thought though. I even told my dad while writing that comment if they don't get healthier he'll die before the youngest one they told me about is 18. My mom said "I know..." and my dad just said "I won't" in denial.

My parents are thinking about adopting blood-relatives we have in the Philippines. My guess is because I'm 27 and don't introduce them to girls I meet. I just tell my parents I'm not interested in marriage . So no grandkids from me or my brother who is 21 so they've been empty nesters for a bit. I think they're bored of babying little dogs. I figured out this was bullshit when I got to "find a girl" and didn't know what I was doing due to spending so much time just meeting the first few objectives and multiple other non-value added shit. My interest in ring, marriage, kids have been on the decline ever since. Part of me still wants kids although timing has changed a lot - as in not interested anytime soon. The knowledge that my junk is supposed to work for a long time and I rather skip the ring/marriage part.

My particular experience was not "new"? It's more of the audacity of them explicitly stating such fact. And stating it in a way that "You shalt never be better than X." I wish I could think of a good analogy right now. I agree I don't think it's as big of a red flag because all people would love their dog more than a stranger. But to state to all potential suitors that they "love their pets" more than they will probably love you is starting off with a shit-test before you even meet them.

I had to add the cat because in my super beta days I had a girl tell me she would probably love her cat more than she could love anyone else. She was childless. Since society isn't something one can particularly easily take revenge or "anger" out on it's a lot harder to get over. I can't grow a beard (super patch and slow growing on my cheeks), but I've noticed I can look more my age with a cleaned up shadow. So I try to keep that look up. I've also been told I look a lot older when I dress formally compared to my normal get-up (Solid color T-shirt). Now if it's super fucking hot then I wouldn't dress formal all the ti…

I am not special. I'm 5'9, 160-162 (morning weight) and just under 12.5% body fat according to my Omron. Seems decently accurate. If I was 150-155 and didn't lose any muscle I'd look "ripped" or "tone" shirtless, but I'd also look smaller in general with clothes on. If a good extrapolation assumption of 1 inch in height is 5-10 lbs then like I said - if the guy is 170lbs AND 5% body I'd would wager he would look pretty good. If he was 12-16% body fat at that weight he would look " in shape" aka …

Unless he has 5% body fat - 170lbs at 6'0" seems pretty thin. I don't think I look very big except compared to other men who obviously do not work out. And I assume I'd be 185-190 if I was 3 inches taller. This guy sounds typical where he overvalues himself.

Try putting importance on different things. Physical activities (basketball & weightlifting for me) has lowered a lot of my desire to have every new tech thing out there, because I simply can only care so much or don't spend time hearing what's new. Or just doing more social things in general will keep you away from t.v. which could mean you don't need to spend $60/mo on cable. You might even game less so there's less games you buy. Or less time you binge buy on Amazon. You'll talk about your ac…

But you don't want to give too few fucks. Similar to stress and performance -too much or too little is not optimum. What is helpful is to experience the entire bell curve of no fucks and too many fucks. It gives you multiple paradigms which can help decide how many "fucks" is worth giving in the future per situation. I personal…

2 choices for event/location. 3 choices makes sense on your example though. First dates I like to ask them for coffee or drinks. If I want to eat I could suggest BBQ or Fajitas. You start offering 3 or more choices you get more "I don't know answers". Which is fine because you have given options and should have a personal decision made already if she has not made one.

Your edit is also a root cause methodology its funny. They call it the 5 Why's of getting to the root cause. It's still pretty subjective and not a total science, but it helps the thinking process. It doesn't have to be 5 why's either. What is the problem - Money is the problem. Why? - Why is money a problem? I need it to get women. Why? - Why do you need to get women? My personal rule on "How to not give a fuck". Realize everyone does things for themselves whether its consciously or subconsciously. For most it takes getting burned in some form to understand this. But it helps me get past any " anger" and know better for next time. Or in short helps me become indifferent or outcome independent. Opposite of any emotion is "no" emotion or indifference. Example happy >not happy. Not to be confused with polar opposite happy>angry.

Okay well I'll throw this out there first. I work in Aerospace & Defense. So there are more functions than just "Engineering". So yes - you can be in management, but "usually" you won't manage engineers if you are a non-engineer unless you are "lucky". On the other hand you can be very successful as I've heard engineers become directors/managers in other functions (finance, supply chain, etc). Anecdotally there are some non-engineers in management over engineers. Now there are sort of differences…

Every engineer that's been in the industry (at least mine) with 20 years of experience makes that much money. At that point they really can't make more money. Does traditional gender role mean housewife? In my opinion no. Personally I wouldn't want someone more career driven than me. Just an example of what i mean - My father told me he let a girl go who was in the British Military she he was serving in Germany, because she was higher equivalent rank and would have to follow her around. At the same time if I were married I would make sure that it's expected for her to follow if I found a significantly better opportunity elsewhere and had to move. But …

I imagine it has less of an effect on men, because its socially not frowned upon as much unless you're paying for it. Even then - I think the opinions of your immediate social circle has more power than general public - so if your friends don't frown upon it then. Another factor might just be testosterone. I imagine having more testosterone enables more of a idgaf attitude than less. That's just a theory I have no evidence.

His posture is pretty normal for people that don't appear to lift weights so I wouldn't harp on that as much. Same with the head down cause well she's short and he's tall. The rest of the stuff you point out like arms folded holds true in making himself appear smaller and you can definitely tell he is uncomfortable

This is pretty similar to "would you be friends with her if she was a dude". Or "would you do this task for her if she was a dude". These are good questions once you get past the sex part. If you do XYZ only because she's having sex with you is she really worth anything more than sex (commitment)? This is actually something I've recently been able to understand from studying for the LSAT. There is a difference between polar opposites and logical opposite. Example - The "polar" opposite of an asshole is a nice guy. The logical opposite of an asshole is not an asshole. Your area must have ridiculously in shape men. Just looking I would say top 1%. Not trying to blow your ego up. But if 50% are overweight. Say another 35% are just not overweight. Then 15% try to stay fit and active. You might be the top of that 15% that you actually compare yourself to. There's one in that snapshot that my dad tried to get out of my mom. She's filipina and apparently I guess it was pretty known that Filipinas would hide the fact they had kids until they got married. He said he asked her if she had any kids and he would take them in. She never did but she also didn't marry a white dude 15-30 years her senior like a lot of Filipinas did when there was a base in Manila. Good for me I guess cause now I exist woohoo.

Sidenote not totally related - I'm starting to look at taller girls (5'7"-10") myself. I'm 5'9" and they seem to be a lot more available. It only makes sense if the proportion of tall males and females are equivalent and men that are 6'0" take girls that are 5'4" and under there has to be a disparity. Then again 5" difference with the female being taller seems to be a bit of a stretch.

In my opinion it can come down to sexes/age of dependents. A father will probably prioritize a daughter more than a son. And maybe vice versa with a mother. I also think a mother will prioritize their son/daughter much longer than a father would(age). I'll let people come to their own conclusions but ill throw a few examples from my life. Only one example is a single parent. You can extrapolate what-ifs, I won't go into detail, but if you want to know more specifics I can respond to those later.…

Maybe its not an attention, but a priority thing. One thing I've been pondering recently is how a single mother can ever love another man more than her child for example. Anyone she meets afterwards will most likely always be #2 in priority. Whereas the father if they were together could possibly split priority as equals. Anyways I guess my point is priority versus attention might be a better use of words.

Its pretty simple for me. Fuck the numbers. Its basically a hell no. Need to be drunk. I'd hold her hand in the mall. I'd wife her (unicorn). Using numbers is so subjective, but when I interpret numbers people say in this sub I just change it to my personal scale based on the context. It's not like anyone is posting actual pictures of these girls so why concern yourself about reality 'looks' when there is no evidence and its all the text based. I've been walking straight and making eye contact for years pretty well - it'd probably one of the few things I did right. I more so notice people that walk with their head down or turn away. I either look straight or nod as another poster suggested. No reason to be intimidated by anyone.

I'm taking an improv class next year and if I like it I think I could have the opportunity for it to be more people. My last position I had to present regularly in front of 30-50 or so people all in higher positions than me. I did not necessarily have to be the one to speak, but I wouldn't walk away if it was my project/issue. That personally helped confidence and my speaking abilities in general. I know some people that are VPs of whatever professional society they are apart of and I believe th…

Yeah my father is black which is looked upon the lower end with Asian culture (mother is Asian). But looking back at all of my parents family friends who are American/Asian the only ones that are still together are my parents and another black/Filipino couple. 1 was obvious hypergamy because the guy (white) left the military at 10 years. Another one the guy (white) actually cheated. My aunt left her husband (Mexican). I do have one aunt who is still with her husband a really old white guy (20 ye…

Yeah even with sports (I play basketball) the people I meet there aren't exactly anything more than that once/twice a week. Coworkers are kind of the same deal. I would say I have 3 friends including my roommate that I would regularly hang out with. Some people I ball with. 'Online' friends. And a few people from college/coworkers that I might see twice a year. I'm going to take an improv class next year so maybe that'll have me meet some new people, but unless your fitness program is drunk kick…

Times like now where I'm bored out of my mind I'm doing something physical 5/7 days a week. I even walk around my damn building once a day. You can get too a stressed point and not be able to work out but if it lasts longer than a couple months its going to be a bigger problem than 'too tired' to work out. On the last point I can relate it back to couples with kids. They want something to brag about. Many parents that don't seem to have any hobbies or interests go on and on about their kids or other uninteresting boring shit. Maybe its not a direct way to express status, but in ways expressing hobbies and interests even if they aren't yours is can be a way to show status? She wants reassurance from that one person. For some reason I notice this a lot more from girls that are in relationships. They seem to ask me my opinion on stuff and I honestly don't care at all. They could of asked reassurance from their SO but instead ask me. And j notice they don't go out and ask everyone else hanging out just me specifically. I've also seen this recently with another girl who seemed particularly interested in another friends opinion and I was basically a ghost.

Just to expand on what the previous poster is saying it makes sense from a beginner and strength perspective. I was on it for 3-5 months and slightly plateaued before I started isolating. Doing 4 isolation workouts a week means over a 4 week period you work all of those body parts 4 times. SLS is. Basically working all of those body parts 12 times in a month! If you want to start getting past the strength and go for looks you'll have to add in more isolation or find a new program. Eating is also…

I'm in agreeance with the whole doesn't matter on race it's the thugish etc. Cause let's be real the root cause is being fucking poor. If I were to generalize people with middle-higher upbringing are typically less aggressive than poor people. There's more room to gain so the ones the 1% that everyone knows make the most noise. Its like in business - 90% of your issues can be described by 10% of your problems(or something like that). The fact is that there are more poor minorities than whites. T…

When my dad retired we moved to Texas for the 3rd time. Frequency of 'racism' is highly dependent on exposure, area, and people one interacts with. Also really depends on what middle class is. Making a generalization from 1 sample size is stupid. I've been around and grew up with some people that knew me and were basically never racist. Then you meet people that have never befriended a black person. I would have considered all those people middle class. The black people that..... Etc. that catch the most racism. I would say they strengthen the bad st…

Honestly they should separate the difference between rape and having sex with a "minor". Come up with a new name. In the english language at least there's so many words thatmean the same thing, but for something this serious I feel there's no need to have one word have multiple meanings.
