| 2 | Female BBC manager publicly declines promotion over pay inequality | After she threw a public tantrum, it's revealed that the male manager had several years more experience than her, justifying the difference in pay. The BBC is standing firm for once - good for them!Thats not true, or it wasn't until they made it a tax. For like a month they made computers something you had to pay for before they took it back because of complaints. After and before that you only paid if you had a tv with a receiver. But you can just say you dont and you wont/wouldnt have to pay. Source: Me, i dont pay, was signed up paying for my parents tv for them after I moved out but called them and got the money back. My parents didnt have to pay that back either. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 22/05/19 10:14 PM |

The BBC is standing firm for once - good for them!We have the exact same system in Sweden. Its funny how common it is to just not pay because its not like theres a fine or anything for not paying. Or I should say had because they are converting it to a tax now. Actually makes alot more sense and people have been saying it should be that way for years. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 22/05/19 10:08 PM |
