Thank you for such a thoughtful and well written response. You’ve highlighted a lot of context that I wasn’t as well aware of regarding of history of progress for women. I agree with the sentiment that women need to continue banding together. I haven’t given up complete hope!

Yep! Honestly, I am worried for the near distant future. We are already seeing the ramifications of this dynamic. I don’t foresee these men going to therapy and developing empathy, and the women shouldn’t and won’t settle. Unfortunately I think crimes with skyrocket further against women and girls. And the governments will in some way try and force partnership or make it very difficult to live as a single woman😐.

Nail on the head here. The dating market is never in favour of men unless he is loaded and even still he may not have luck. Any dating subreddit here focused on 30+ often still has tons of guys posting they aren’t having luck even with a good career. Its a revenge fantasy that these podbros sell to impressionable or disparaged men that one day things will be so good and that on the other hand the women who “rejected them” will be miserable with 20 cats. It just sends these guys into a deeper spi…

“Humbling women” lol what are you talking about? People do this ALL the time. This isn’t something that has disappeared over the years.

Women also have a lot of biological changes during that time though, aka perimenopause and then menopause which can cause severe hormonal disruptions. Loss of estrogen can cause shifts in neurohormones which can contribute to depression/anxiety. Pretty sure they also seek out treatment more regularly than men.

Idk i still dont feel this way, guess im just the odd woman out. But also i dont sleep with randoms, so a guy having “approval” from women means nothing to me

Oh i didnt view it that way in that case of security ? I thought we were talking about being sexually attracted to him. The safe aspect i get. But still i wouldnt want to date a guy with a bunch of girls who hover around him

That’s so strange to me men surrounded by lots of women would be a turn off

This so much, except it happens so much more as a teenager.

Idk Im fine with men not wanting women with high n count. But also as someone who hasn’t slept around I also would prefer a man without high n count. I think more so find it weird for people to want low n count when they themselves have high.

You would hope the person you date is honest with you. Same thing women can sleep with multiple men, how would you necessarily know? Could be all random hookups she never saw again. Doesn’t even have to be sleeping with someone could be a BJ. How would you know if she sold anonymous nudes to someone? You most likely wouldn’t find out unless she still had messages/accounts. Let’s face it most guys aren’t cool with this kind of behaviour, its a select few who are fine with it. Regardless if I foun…

At 14-20 I wouldnt say I felt “desired” more so creeped on by 30+ year old men But now it’s weird lmao, as I’ve gotten closer to 30 I’ve had more younger men staring at me. Even teenagers, which is just awkward.

People are having less and less kids in first world countries so this will probably shrink. It’ll only get worse lmao.

I can understand this maybe though if people had less money as they have more kids? I wouldnt say that means they love the last child any less tho.

No speaking from middle. Last born gets treated as baby of family and is treated more gently, first born has way more responsibility. Maybe it varies based on cultural background.

In my experience the youngest of the family is the most cherished and the older sibling has more responsibility. 🤷‍♀️

They don’t do anything … they are stagnant men. The type of guy who has no plans or no drive. You could say the same for woman counterparts, even though men care less about this apparently. Also men over like 35 who hit on or actively pursue anyone under 30. But this is my personal opinion. I always found it to be a red flag, even when I was 20 and considered in my “prime” … these were the creepy guys. So ya my answer is creepy and stagnant men.

I never look at men and think about sex even if he is model attractive or “chad”. I don’t have casual sex either. I only develop sexual/romantic feelings after getting to know them and seeing they are invested into having a relationship. If there’s no mental/emotional bond then chances are I’m not going to like the sex. So this could take weeks/months to develop.

You good? Looks are obviously important to some degree. But it’s very rare to see a man date down in looks whereas its extremely common for women to date down in looks.

Hit the nail on the head with this. And let’s be honest there are a lot who are attracted to minors, says enough that many women recall being hit on most as a teenager. Men don’t seem to acknowledge ugly women, they say they can still get sex (ok sure?) but the chances of that woman having a fulfilling long term relationship may be considerably lower. Especially since many men are consistently attracted to young thin (or slim thick) women, if you were already “meh” to him it’ll only get worse wi…

Hardly ever in my 20s, maybe some random whistles in his car when I’m out for a walk but that’s it like once a year 😂. Most I got hit on was around 14-16 years old.

This… so much. I can’t believe how many men believe that women don’t judge men on their body count or it doesn’t matter as much.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
