I think a paternity test should just be automatic at birth. If your name is going on the birth certificate, it should be probably yours.

Sex with children (anyone under 18) absolutely should be a crime. Middle- and high-school-aged kids should not be having sex. If two minors have "consensual" sex (not that they can actually consent), they should both be punished equally. Of course, they shouldn't have been left unsupervised long enough that they could have had sex, and the parents should punished for child neglect, too. Let's just give everyone a huge amount of paid time off, like 4-6 weeks to do with as they please and get rid of special leaves for whatever random things. That way everyone is equal.

I want to know what irresponsible parents are letting their minor children go unsupervised such that they can even have sex. I most certainly never was able to interact with another child without being in earshot of an adult when I was growing up.
