I would hazard a guess that the vast majority of black pill posters in this sub were bullied in high school, which had a significant effect on their self esteem and confidence, which lead to social isolation as a coping mechanism. Anyone who went through this is going to be socially maladjusted. You don't have to be autistic to get bullied.

Whenever I need to lose some weight I just cut back to one meal a day. You feel shit for like a week but then your body gets used to it and adjusts and you only get hungry when your designated meal time approaches. If you really can't do one meal a day just have an apple for lunch or something.

The real problem is the amount of people who were never taught how to cook a simple meal by their parents. I work with people who order ubereats every single night of the week, because they don't know how to cook and can't be bothered to learn. Not only is it a massive fucking waste of money, the food is usually pretty shit quality. A friend from highschool asked me to go to his wedding a few months ago and I declined. We speak for like 5 minutes a year at most.
