Be careful with the headstands. Inversions are an amazing re-energizer, and headstands particularly, but the risk of injury to the neck muscles and cervical vetebrae is very high. The Ender's Shadow trilogy is packed with advice on leadership, strategy, and realpolitik. Also, check out The Underground History of American Education by John Taylor Gatto; the whole thing's online in sub-divided chapters here: http://www.johntaylorgatto.com/chapters/index.htm. For a (relatively quick) taste, check out his essay Against School here: http://www.wesjones.com/gatto1.htm
