2	Week 22: Ask BaM Be careful with the headstands. Inversions are an amazing re-energizer, and headstands particularly, but the risk of injury to the neck muscles and cervical vetebrae is very high. I injured myself coming down too fast about a decade ago, and had to take months off from work and do a lot of rehabilitation; it was a very painful and disheartening experience. 3	Week 21: Stop being bored "One afternoon when I was seven I complained to (my grandfather) of boredom, and he batted me hard on the head.
