I agree. If it was on grass no one would be batting an eye at the exact same actions. He didn’t use excessive force, in my opinion he used the right amount of force needed to put her on the ground so he could hand cuff her, because she was trying to flee I don’t think he should be suspended or investigated or anything, he was direct, polite and effective at his job.
