I see what you’re saying. A guy could leave after a certain stage and the child is fine or even be replaced by any other caregiver. We’re social creature so it’s more about the size of the support group. Children in multigenerational households do best. That’s how we’re evolved.

Not ever woman is willing to share a man though. Takes a long time to focus on child development. Our success as a species has more to do rearing our children through development in a nurturing environment. That’s why couples experience jealousy when the partner is being unfaithful. It disrupts creating an environment that is conducive to raising offspring.

No. They aren’t. No one is inherently valuable. Value is built regardless of gender. I’m not dating a girl who doesn’t have a college degree or a good job either. I married one who has both.

This is happening to both genders according to what I have read. I think it’s the social climate and technology. It’s not that people have changed but the environments they interact in have.
