It's a the time it takes to about max out your genetic potential in terms of muscle gains. You can gain 1.5-2 labs of muscle a month your first 12 months and then about half that your second. I never really felt bad until the end. You build up a tolerance. At 5-6 drinks I wouldn't "feel" drunk. On the other hand, I forgot what feeling good was.
