I love how balanced your takes on this are! Not too much blame on her, simultaneously acknowledging that sometimes people turn to shit for no good reason, super rational and reasonable

loyalty is inherently a male trait okay but ''stereotypically'' guys are also the ones who are more inclined to not want to commit and who want to have more partners and are genetically predisposed to want to mate with as many females as possible

Pffff so many things... I have cried that I am weak and flawed. I have cried without a reason. I even cried last weekend because I was drunk and my girl accidentally caused me to feel like I'm in a specific unpleasant situation that I experienced as a child lol. I have cried because I'll miss them, I have cried because of love. I'm sure I've cried for other stuff as well. That's just from the top of my head.

I don't think it has something to do with it. I think it's more of who I am as a person.

A woman? Sure. Every woman? RUN. that sounds pretty reasonable to me!

I guess it's just a matter of experience? I have never even heard of a woman doing this not from my guy friends, nor my female friends

this thing about women being weird around men who cry is repeated all over reddit, yet my anecdotal evicence is more or less the opposite. I have cried in front of virtually all my girlfriends for various reasons and not once have I ever received ''backlash'' for it

In typical reddit fashion I expect someone to respond with their "exception to the rule" case which will somehow invalidate your POV lol

I tread very lightly when I browse subs similar to this one. It's so nice to consume and debate and form/change opinions, yet I know that it's toxic as hell. I think one of the best examples is /r/meirl or /r/mr_irl. If you're depressed and going there regularly, you're only going to make yourself more depressed. Sure, it's so nice to hear everyone else think and feel like you but that's basically like being a junkie and having junkie friends. It's nice for a while but at some point you gotta br…

My tl;dr is that it's not exactly religion itself (the belief in God) but rather the shared values that come with religion

this is a very bold statement. In fact, it's massive overstatement. Mainly because there are barely any ''atheist'' communities

you think men and women were ''segregated''?

i come across this far more on Reddit and instagram than real life. honestly... if you imagine just for a second that you've never been on the internet and try to picture what your POV would be without any of the info that you've willingly or unwillingly swallowed... you'll see that the world is a much better place than the internet wants you to believe

unmotivated men social security checks so they can keep playing videogames all day long and masturbate to ai girlfriends. sounds like the exact type of men who are the unhappiest and end up shooting up schools

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
