I'm hopeful she will just understand she has no rights to the house as it's not owned by either of us. I truly am hopeful for a simple divorce in which minimal court time is required as I hear it can take sometimes weeks up to a month for a divorce to be finalized. I just spoke with a lawyer today and he says according to the information I provided. I could split my debt that I have amassed during our marriage. However, I more than likely won't if she's willing to do things easily just because I…

Ohio is the state and married for 5 years. I wouldn't want to receive spousal support honestly. I have like I said paid for the entirety of this house from the start with no support. She has paid for frivolous things nothing important or going towards the house. I honestly am not interested in her money it's more so using it as leverage to ensure she doesn't come after anything of mine.

I am blessed in the sense I have a very supportive family thankfully, I appreciate the thoughts and what not. I honestly …

I can't imagine what it's like with kids involved that makes things unbelievably complicated. I'm more of a numb to things right now as it feels like a long time coming. It's not easy at all

She's paid for groceries and that's about it honestly, I personally don't have interest in taking anything from her. It's more ensuring that I can stay okay after it's all said and done. I just want to rip the bandaid off in a sense.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
