Brother it is far from easy. Anything that lowers libido has to reduce dopaminergic signalling directly or indirectly. myriad of issues. It only makes sense to use pills to lower your libido if its ridiculously high like pervert/sexual deviant level. Its better to just develop a self control mindset. You dont want to unnecessaryily blunt your reward system, which is needed for far more functions than just romantic/sexual interest.
