Essentially, yes. For example in a recent meeting with the women on the business side one of our devs blatantly said "I fixed X issue when I wasn't paying attention to this useless meeting" and then repeated it when the project manager asked him to lol. But he was nothing but patient with me when I called him into a different meeting to help me troubleshoot, which also would have taken him away from what he was working on and was not even planned.

I hear a lot about how badly women in tech are treated, I don't want to invalidate anyone's experience but I'm a backend heavy developer and I feel like I'm almost treated with more respect by the male programmers than the women on the business side?
