You know, I'm letting my schizo theories talk for me now, but I wonder, at least when it comes to the PIV orgasm debate, if the main problem behind it is because of our agrarian, and very sedentary lifestyle. Maybe a biological anthropology lens should have more consideration, although disturbing tribal communities unnecessarily and treating them like guinea pigs just to prove a point, doesn't sit right with me.

Yeah... Good luck finding her, and if you do, she will probably stop being healthy during pregnancy anyway. It's horrific how little most people actually care about prenatal and maternal care. Doesn't help when health care providers are either uninformed, or wouldn't dare to tell women that they need to exercise more.

Still hate the framing of the article though.

I know fems tried to turn the old switcheroo on the term maternal gatekeeping years ago. Like one article tried to claim, maternal gatekeeping is done out of internal misogyny, because they want to protect men from parental responsibilities. Shit takes all around. Anyway, dad was treated the same way.

Are you sure they do that? They’re egotists, women put men and children beneath themselves in my experience. My own mother acted like a "good" attentive mom in front of others, then switched of once she was alone with us kids. I think most just use their children as a excuse to not give a shit about their partners.

Well I have noticed an uptick of hypocrisy on the internet. Don't know if you have, but when women speak of being the one working, then they shouldn't be expected to divide it 50-50. Pretty sad too that plenty of men get loaded with doing everything, while having to hear they don't actually do enough to earn love or equal effort from their partner.

Being very annoyed by this narrative, I actually wish for the day humanity get ass-shoved so hard by the universe, that we have to go back to pre-modern times. This fragility about regular ass tasks needs to be punished. Please and thank you.

Women and convenient pawns you mean? Let's face it, feminism operate through the pretence that it cares or champions for children's welfare. I read an interesting text about the women and children narrative, where they looked into how the women's rights movement influenced it, or affected social consciousness towards abuses of children. Unfortunately, I don't have the text bookmarked on this phone, but on my other phone which I can't use anymore. The gist of it was that that women's rights at la…

"The evilz menz are forcing women to dress provocatively to satisfy the evilz male gaze. If whamen could choose they wouldn't dress like that." I guess that argument have been quietly dropped.

Because men who have protested have been laughed off and accused of being crybabies, by women and the powers that be. Most men have either subconsciously or consciously learnt, that the best strategy is not to play. Society has been very insistent on keeping men from leaving the plantation, but hilariously failed, by counterintuitively paying deference to the side who hurt men the most. It's pretty funny people revere women of days past, because they were "ladies" back then, but men complained a…

You use a common rhetoric that women like to use as a gotcha against men's complaints. That men lack solidarity amongst themselves and don't care, and that their suffering is self-inflicted. Men did protest at various points in time, still do. They were obviously written off then too. https://unknownmisandry.blogspot.com/search/label/Early%20Men%27s%20Rights%20Activism?m=0

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
