So why wouldn't the same be true when it's men who get that training? Because in countries with conscription, the training consists of cleaning the boots of your superiors. Those who want to serve go voluntarily, and conscripted ones are just idiots who couldn't avoid it.

I don't think it's a thing. People hate sincerity and authenticity in general, for both men and women. There's plenty of ways to kill somebody's vulnerability. "Be a man" isn't even an efficient one.
