She's an un-softnext-able plate, go as far as soft-nexting her as possible while picking up another. Bonus points if she finds out about the other.

The Charisma Myth. I took no action last time I read it, so looking to take more away from it this time now I have some semblance of a social life. What are you reading, and why?

Without going keto, is there a suggested 'amount' of carbs that is recommended? I see so many macro ratios, quantities etc thrown about, how do I know what will work best for me without trying every option? I'm skinnyfat but close to 1/2/3/4, with lower body fat I would have a small-athletic build - ie. bigger than otter, smaller than athlete. Having moved onto a 14-hour IF schedule and one meal of carbs a day, I've been getting a bit leaner, but struggling to get down to abs leanness.

http://redpillhandbook.com/7udz0.pdf for the whole thing in one go. Remember to go out and do instead of trying to understand the next concept.

I still am scared so I give myself excuses to touch them. I always hug when meeting, sometimes plant a kiss there and then. Ask about jewellery (rings -> watch -> necklace -> piercings) and 'examine it' closely, ask about tattoos and run your fingers around it. If ordering something place a hand on arm/shoulder (later, waist and ass) [order =/= buying for her, take control and order for her]. When passing through doorways or around objects, use your arm to direct her. I get her involved in my st…

No, he is saying that 225 doesn't give enough stimulation for him to progress as he was able to bench 4 plates (405 lbs) for reps. Imagine your maximum is 300, this would kind of be the equivalent of choosing to do working sets at 160 lbs and expecting to grow.

For this week, I will continue the previous goals with these primarily in mind; Make a start on the side-hustle Open everyone at the house party Start and finish reviewing work experiences Last week I set some goals; Keep a conversation going at all times - Maintained at least two continually all week with few slip ups. Got more flirty and have a girl at the ready next time i go to the city. No beer, no snacks this week - one beer, one snack in a social setting. Still happy with it. Converse wit…

Keep at the gym work, I know its frustrating seeing your numbers so low but you'll get there and when you start breaking new numbers you'll be over the moon! I fractured my wrist so i was unable to even clasp the bar, missed out on 6 months of lifting and another 3 of really low level stuff. By month 12 I started hitting PRs every session until maxing out the dumbells in the gym. Trust me your dedication to getting those smaller weights up contribute something when you're back at full fitness. W…

When I was living in the city that was my go-to too. But now I live in the middle of nowhere with very few options, but visit the city every weekend I find getting these dates is harder earlier in the week without maintaining conversation throughout. I've found this is pretty typical for 18-25 yo girls. On top of this, as I've always gone for the in-person tactic I don't know how to escalate/arouse by message. So my aim is still to get the dates, but be comfortable chatting without it getting bo…

Congratulations on the acceptance bro! Universities are an incredible place to make your smv skyrocket. My advice is to take part in as much as possible - sports, socials, committees, and take on as much formal experience as possible while you're there. A degree will only get you so far in life beyond the first year of graduation, all the other things will make your life more fun there and then and easier beyond graduation. Besides, you're probably diving into a world of debt, may as well maximi…

First time taking part, setting some goals. Primary goals for this week: Keep a conversation going at all times - I have no problem opening on tinder, but I often don't reply again unless they're clearly into it. The aim is to reply every break time and whenever I realise they've responded. No beer, no snacks this week - always snacking, always breaking the cut. Converse with everyone on shift at least once - I always sit on my phone instead of being social. Body: Go to the gym 4 times, perfect …

What is MBA? I'm about to graduate from STEM from a well regarded uni, I could easily get a job in the same industry as my research project but I'm more inclined towards management. Any advice on getting into it?

I'm going to extend this to beyond ideas or finding things - the most important change I've made recently was making notes on the books I have been reading and experiences I've had. Physical paper notes. I also then write a review of the books and copy them up to digital. Physically writing things has been proven to help with retention of information far better than typing. I remember concepts better, understand experiences and the dynamics at play better and realise what needs improvement and w…

Honestly, if you’re physically attractive enough (see above) these types of things are mostly tests to see how you respond. Just ignore it, don’t even smile. Take yourself seriously as a man and show that it doesn't bother you (if it does, pretend it doesn't). And what about if you aren't attractive enough, can't just jump to 200lbs of perfection overnight so how would you deflect it? You say to ignore it but how do you personally do that? Change the subject? Just shutting up and being quiet loo…
