I live in Brazil. Our system is different. Here there are no pre programs, and admission into Medical School (or any higher education) depends solely on one's SISU score (something similar to the American SAT). I graduated High School at 17 and got straight into Civil Engineering. Did it for 2 years and dropped out. Spent the following year studying for the SISU while teaching English classes, and started Med School at 20.
