Do not compromise on them. shower, floss, gym, haircut, laundry, bills, quality time with essential family, etc. Accept the consequences of those things you have to do. Extra sleep, more cook time, etc. Then, when you get a break you make yourself happy. Hitting on women, BBQ with the boys, meditation on the beach, whatever.
