Ok, so the thread is very divided on the lock and key analogy. What I would use for my sister instead of an analogy, that as some commenters mentioned can be easily be dismissed by saying that people aren't locks and keys, is just mention the effort involved in a sexual conquest: "Men require effort to look good, be charming and have game to score but a woman just needs to open her legs".
